It was surprisingly light for how big it is. The number pad is pretty easy to use. I was disappointed that there wasn't a calculator button.

It is fast, fully featured and withstands my carelessness well. I did have to replace touchpad during warranty year. Service helpful and tried software fix before I had to send to LG for repair.

i purchased this in late August 2020. Its my second LG gram. My first was perfect, this just keeps having issues: 1. on occasion (about 6 times a week), it completely freezes and i lose all my work (I can't get task manager open to see what's causing it or to kill just one app, i have to do a hard restart each time) 2. when i close the top and then open the next day, most of the time, its a complete new start - so, my open word docs etc are saved as "recovreed". it is not asleep - it completely 3. the fingerprint software stopped working, i reset that and it seems to work now. if these issues were obvious on day 1, I would have returned it. But they started about 4 months in and it was too difficult to return or get it fixed since all of my work is on the computer. very disappointed.

I initially was really impressed with the laptop when I first got it 8 months ago. I bought it for grad school and it ended up becoming my main computer because of working from home. The display is great and the laptop is comfortable to work on. VERY lightweight and lives up to the claim but the build quality makes it feel not so durable. For example, the screen portion is very bendy and makes me nervous to be honest. Audio quality is also not so great. As for processing, the Gram is snappy overall for most applications. Microsoft Office runs well and even Adobe Premiere runs well (unless you are working with really long or complex videos. Video games generally work well too. The battery is fine. It felt like it lasted longer at first and now I need to plug in a couple times a day, but it lasts most of my work day. The battery does get hot though especially if you're working while charging or using Adobe. My main issues come from the glitches I've experienced. I've had several instances where the screen and computer glitches for moments at a time. Another time, all the functions were swapped or not working properly and I had to force shutdown because the trackpad and keyboard weren't even working properly. I've never had these kinds of issues before and I can't send it for repairs since it's my only computer and there's not any repair sites I can bring it to. Overall an ok laptop, but I would be cautious of using this as your main device.

After doing some research I purchased two of these, one for me and one for my wife. It's lighter than my daughter's 13" Mac book and the screen resolution is fantastic. The touch sensor is very convenient and it boots up very quickly. This my first LG but I'm sure it wont be my last.

I bought this about a month ago and I'm totally loving it. It has great design and it is really light to carry it around. One downfall is that the touchpad is located in the center so when I try to type my palm continues to touch the mousepad which bothers me quite a bit.

I always dread changing work horse electronic devices. The reprogramming, the uploading of apps, all of it is an additional stress to learning the quirks of a new machine. In addition, I have never used a non Appliance LG device before. I have to say that I can recommend this laptop absolutely. Especially as we all have needed to be on video conference calls so much these days, the microphone and camera work amazingly, and the laptop is so light it can just be carried easily from room to room, even on a family long-distance video call to let them see all around the house or wherever we happen to be. This is just a great laptop, hands down!

I am editing my review, because I made a mistake earlier. This laptop is just wow!!! It is definitely light-weight, that I am very impressed with, and the speed is insane, it does run Windows 10 nicely, I am sad that I couldn't get the touchscreen version. I do love the fact that I can use my finger to logon to the computer and it boots up soo fast. The sound quality and the video quality are both outstanding, I am able to watch movies and almost feel like I am there...amazing laptop, the backlit keyboard is amazing, I can type in the dark and can see the keys perfectly, also the touchpad mouse works well, never had any problems with drifting mouse pointers and it responds well to the touch. This will be my laptop until it is time to get a new one. I knew that LG had great products and now I can say that LG hit it out of the park with the GRAM laptops!!!

Setup was a breeze thanks to its lightning fast processor and I was pleasantly surprised by the picture quality when watching a movie on the 15" screen. I have been using the LG Gram for quite a bit now, and during that time I had very little issues with it. This laptop has amazing processing power and graphics so it has been very convenient for me. It mostly runs very smoothly and quickly which is what I like about it. I can do my things more quickly with this laptop, so I also like that. The laptop also has a very simplistic design to it; the thin grey coat that covers most of it, the thin frame for the screen, and did I mention how light this laptop is? This laptop is remarkably light! It is easily portable and I had no problems moving it around, except for the fact that it feels like I can snap the thing in half with hardly any effort; especially for the screen. I also find it decent for gaming which is what I like about it as well. The battery life is great so I can do many things on it before having to charge it. The quality of the sound is decent as well. The sound is not distorted and can be very loud without poor quality of sound. Overall, it a great product and it is worth what you spend. I highly recommend it!

I love this laptop. Set up was super easy! I love that the power button is a fingerprint reader! You can also add more then one user. The weight of the computer is crazy lightweight. The battery last for days! I cant epress my excitement that it has 3 USB ports. (i know why do you need 3? For work this means I can use on a docking station, and run a program that uses 2 of them or run my program and us my thumb drive for my reports. This is a feature that I have searched for and short of a special order I couldn't find, with the backlit keyboard you can use this anywhere. The screen is a touch screen and this makes work, browsing, and general use super easy! I would highly recommend this computer!

I had a laptop that basically was done for. I did some searching, and found the LG Gram. It looked to be a newer item, with very few reviews. So I read what was out there, and decided upon this laptop. I was very exited when I finally received it. The laptop was packaged nicely. I was so surprised as I pulled it out of the box. It was a very nice size, with a nice display screen. But it is also very lightweight! This made it great for me. I take my laptop between my bed, and downstairs. I participate in a lot of giveaways, and coupon printing. So I needed something that would have a decent processor speed, and I am very excited to say that it does! I would wait for pages to load, and now they do instantaneously! After being stuck with kids inside the blame for months, I am happy to be able to go and sit outside on our patio. Or go to a coffee shop that is open. I hate to drag the charger, so I am happy with the battery life on the Gram. I can sit for a couple hours at the patio table or cafe, and not worry about my laptop dying on me. Gives me confidence when I walk out of the house with it.

My first impression upon receiving the delivery was did the forget to put the computer in the box. It is so incredibly light that it almost feels like a toy. That is until you turn it on . The screen is beautiful, nice and bright, great colors and no flicker or anything. It has a good sized flash drive, every port you could need and actually last a full day on a single battery charge. The keyboard is nice and precise and keys have a great feel to them. I love how quick the computer is. Boot up is only a few seconds and going online is lightning fast. All in all I'm incredibly impressed with this computer. It looks great, does every with ease and the incredible light weight makes handling a breeze. Plugging it in it seems to charge fairly quickly and I found that after unplugging and using the laptop for about 6 hours straight(for work related tasks) I still had over 50% with the battery saving mode on. The speakers are also fantastic as sound is crystal clear and loud even with the volume just half way. This laptop is a huge game changer for LG and now whenever I need to consider a new laptop in the future LG has my respect and I will definitely give them another look. Very exceptional laptop and I have yet to find something I don’t like about it yet. The only thing I would of liked to see added is some type of fingerprint lock scanner. I feel like in this day and age that should be a basic feature on any laptop but otherwise this laptop gets an A+ from me.

I received my laptop about a week ago, So I have had sometime to use it and get used to the features. When I opened the box it came in a very nice white box properly secured with the laptop and charger cord, when I took it out the box and started the laptop it took me through the prompts to set it up (link emails accounts, document transition etc that was an easy process and took about 15 minutes. This unit is lightweight about 5-6lbs, has a large screen and a wide keyboard. There is also a number pad. The mouse pad is the size of a 3x5 card it is very smooth and will move at the lightest touch of your finger. The speed with connecting to the internet is just a blink before your eyes. super fast. You can load music, pictures and games as well. It has one USB port, 2 HSMI ports, and a few other connections for external monitors, hard drives etc. The power button is in the upper right corner as I am used to it being in the upper left. The function buttons for some features are embedded in other keys, just a few things to get use to. Now lets talk about sound. I have watched a movie and a few videos the sound and picture was very clear. The color was bright and looked amazing. The HD camera serves a great feature for meeting and video with your family. There is a long battery life of around 16 hour. This is an amazing laptop and fits exactly what I need for personal and business

I have been using my LG Gram for about a week now trying out all of the features and really testing it and putting it to use. I love the ease of use. It was very easy to figure out. I love that it also has a touch screen because sometimes I hate using a mouse on a laptop. The fingerprint sign on was so easy to set up and works right everytime and I love that it has that extra security. This is so amazing and I absolutely love it. I have been using it on and off for the week just checking facebook and email and little things like that and have not turned it off or charged it and it still is not out of battery which is amazing. It loads up really fast too. The graphics and picture on it are amazing. We have our own photography business and it really helps me edit my pictures easier too since I have the touchscreen option. The one issue I have is because I am using it for photography I have an SD card that I need to put in it and there is not spot for one which was really disappointing so I will need to find some kind of adaptor. Other than that I have no complaints though and love it. Also a really neat feature that I love is how lightweight it is so its easy to take anywhere and carry around. I was so shocked when I picked it up for the first time. You will not be disappointed with this laptop.
