I bought this over four years ago. It has proven to be reliable. TV picture quality and sound are excellent! It looks best and is easier to maneuver when mounted on the wall.

TV features great with colors that are vivid and bright. Has all the features needed in a smart TV. . One problem I have with it is accessing the HULU app. The HULU app is activated but will not play any shows or movies. It will show menus and HULU screen but goes blank when it is TO START A SHOW OR MOVIE. HULU did all they could and said that LG may need reinstall the app HULU. I call LG and firts line of techs try and help but cannot fix so they send me to second line of tech help and hold for 30 minutes and still no one comes on line. Netflix all work but it does buffer more than my other tv's that are on same network and same distance from router and modem. But when programs are on it is an exceptional picture. Once HULU issue is fixed TV would be perfect.

I bought this TV last Christmas and the picture is truly amazing! I have had no problems with it even though it is used for hours every day. It was very easy to set up with the cable box, the Blu-ray player Amazon and Neflix.

I wanted a plasma because of the wider viewing angle and no fast motion stutter found on LCD sets. This TV really delivers. The picture is crisp and bright. 3D viewing is great and streaming Netflix is seamless. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking to upgrade/replace theirs.

This is my first plasma and I was skeptical because of all the negative attention they receive from pro-LEDers, but I'm so glad I decided to get this TV! This is by far the best flat screen TV I've owned in the past 7 years. Vivid colors, sharp contrast, and excellent features make integrating this TV into your home a breeze. I love using the smart features without having to turn on an external device. 3D is easy to use as the TV detects 3D content and 2D content can be convert to 3D with the push of a button. I would highly recommend this TV.

This set was easy to set up and has a good picture unless the viewing content has a mostly white background ie: Hockey or Skiing. The red pushes hard on the display and cannot be removed or balanced using either the 2 or 20 point white scale calibrations. I have had the panel replaced and this one is better than the last one but it is not acceptable, for me, to watch hockey with pink ice. I wish LG would refund my money.

Out of box setup was easy. I calibrated the the TV getting the settings off of YouTube. The colors and black level are in my opinion are really nice. I highly recommend this TV. Purchase one while plasma TVs are still available!

I've never owned a big flat screen TV before. Even though the market is shifting to LED, I chose plasma due to the promise of picture quality and angularity. I wasn't disappointed. Some reviews expressed concern about the TV's brightness. I was pleased to find that I have no complaint at all about brightness or picture. Both are great, and angularity is as good as promised. My only complaint is some difficulty in getting the TV's software updated to allow Netflix access. Still waiting on that one ...

I am disappointed in the audio outputs of the TV. There should be RCA outputs as well as coaxial. Many of the other features other than the standard have not been used at this point. 3-D glasses should be part of the purchase.

I was please to find out that this TV came already with several applications that now I'm enjoying it. Also, the picture is giant. It is as if a real person was behind the screen talking to you. The HD works good; you can appreciate the image and colors better.

Great picture and value. I mounted it on the wall which make a big difference for us. The 3D capability is amazing, much better than anything I've seen in the theaters. We used the settings recommended by Consumer Report and that helped a lot too.

I am very disappointed in the purchase to be honest. I did months of research on this unit and others from the prior year. The main reason I was chasing after this and similar models was for the embedded smart features. It constantly runs out of memory and you can not play flash on the included browser. Outside of it being the last hoorah for Plasma from LG, everything else to me is subpar. I definitely would be looking for its replacement sooner than I expected. I also regret getting the extended warranty on this unit because it feels like I paid extra for dead weight to be honest. Do your due diligence in research before you purchase this unit.

This product has great contrasts between the blacks and colors. The picture is clear and crisp. The only drawback with Plasma is reflection but that can be easily rectified.

So I purchased this tv in a bundle I did not know it was a plasma when the tv came I found out it was a plasma I was so angry that I wasn't told and my other half hates plasma so I tried to return it to get a LED instead since we couldn't afford a curve TV long story short this tv is great I was so impressed with the quality, the size everything is great so 1 month later we still have it and love it.

This is one of the finest plasmas I have owned with a spectacular price. Picture: Its completely clear. The colors are vibrant and with so many choices for different genres you will always get the picture quality you want. This is a great TV. Even against high priced competitors this television will stand up to the big boys. Great refresh rate! I play video games on PC and have no problems, all the images are beautiful. Sound: For TV speakers the volume can be turned all the way up with out distortion. Software: Very fun interface. You can waste many of hours playing with the interface and all of the different options on this LG. 3D and Skype: Really cool! My friends faces look like giants! Notes: I HIGHLY suggest adding the magic remote to your TV. Its wild amounts of fun and entertainment. I have become so adjusted to it I will try and wave around a remote at other peoples houses. It great how you can just push the microphone button and talk to it instead of typing everything out. In all this TV is wonderful. Don't listen to the minor complainers. This is a wonderful and fun plasma smart TV.

I bought another brand of plasma TV last year for another room which I paid twice as much for. I expected that the LG would be my secondary TV but the picture is so much better, I switched the 2 TVs so the LG is my primary TV. Great value, great viewing angles & easy set up, I love it!
