My tv is now almost 4 years old. I had Fox news on hold for approx. 15 minutes and now the logo is burned in to my tv. LG knew there was a defect in these tvs but never did anything about it. Now warranty is up and I'm stuck with it.

got the 65 inch 9600 curved in Dec of 2015 and i love it from the mouse style remote to the picture quality. however a year later and its starts to make a weird noise like a rock hitting a glass window but not everytime , fast forward 3 yrs later its gotten to a point where the pop glass sound is every 30 mins or so, even when the TV is off for several hrs . Dec 2018 i'm calling in the service plan.

I’ve had this Smart TV for over a year now, and I can’t imagine not having it in my life to begin with. The colors are so pure and true, along with its ease of use, make it the best television I have ever owned hands down. The 3D works incredible on it as well. Everyone just happens to compliment it when they come over.

From the get-go I've had some disappointment with this fridge. The water/ice station is of poor design. First off, the ice dispenser lever is back-lighted making it difficult to determine the level of water when one gets up in the middle of the night seeking a drink without turning on room light. Also, the paddle on that lever is pivoted and will sometimes cause the water receptacle to slip off its bottom causing spillage if one isn't very careful where the lip of the glass or cup is placed. When one stops the water flow, there's a metallic clanking in the rear of the cabinet. The compressor is both noisy and constant, running more than any of my previously owned fridges.

We have had ours for nearly a year now. I like to wait a while to review something, in case issues arise, and now I can tell you this is an exceptional TV. We probably don't use 20% of the features, mind you, because it is jam-packed with them, but we have added knowledge as we needed certain things. Above all, though, the picture quality and viewing angles have made this our perfect common area entertainment focus.

I purchased this TV about a month ago. It took me awhile to find a brand new LG65EG9600, after all this TV was first introduced in the market in 2015. All I can say is spectacular!! From the ease of use to the beautiful picture and sound. This is without question the best TV I have ever owned...

At low light gray color is in into 100-s shades of gray. Very annoying when you watch movies with lots of dark scenes, like Underworld.

I have been using thi TV for almost a year now and I couldn't have been happier. This is the best TV I have purchased in my life so far and is wirth every penny I paid. Crisp colours and real blacks make for excellent quality and the easy to use operating system makes it my go to device most of the time.

this still has 3d. 3d should be a standard feature on a high end tv. This is why the next series for 2017 was a no go. I wanted to wait for that series. But they removed 3d. I urge lg to put it back on. Millions of people have 3d blu rays after all. And weekly 3d movies come out. why be a follower instead of a leader . KEEP 3d. This model also has true vision and picture on glass. The new model may be more bright but that's NOT why you want a oled. Any led can be bright. But a good oled looked natural. and the 3d is great. passive. It's a sad day when a leader falls behind. But with this model you are still ahead.

After comparing the picture on all available 65 inch plus TVs could not beat the LG OLED. Decided to spend more than I planned, but have not regretted it for one minute. Fantastic TV, unbelievable picture, great smart TV features made better by the Magic remote.

Bought this six months ago and have enjoyed the ultra HD. We got Netflix just to see how it would look and the picture is stunning. This tv is the only way to watch tv.

This is an incredible TV but it does so much that it is taking me forever to figure it all out. There is a wealth of information on line at LG but I really wish they had a book that explained everything; that is so much easier for me to explore and follow the directions (no computer near my TV. My only complaint is that it does not have enough quantity and variety of connections.
