I have this TV for several years now and there has never been a problem. I love the ability to adjust both the picture and sound. The only drawback is the WebOS is not quite up to par.

I was always a Samsung family, but took a chance and very happy. Very easy to set up. The fine tuning took awhile, but achieved my TV quality. I like how easy the updates are to install, and easy to set up my APPS. Still having a little problem syncing with Alexa, but keep trying. Overall, satisfied.

I purchased this TV in July 2015 and had 5 1/2 years of phenomenal viewing and entertainment until February of this year when the main computer board got fried by a Florida lightning storm. I had the board replaced rather than buying a new TV as have had so much pleasure from watching this TV with it's fabulous picture and the unrivaled sound of my home theater audio-visual equipment and now I am going to upgrade my audio-visual equipment to a Denon receiver to upgrade the audio-visual performance but the LG 65uf9500 remains the star of my system with a picture that can't be beat unless you upgrade to an LG OLED TV which I will do once this TV can no longer perform. I am totally happy with my original choice of the LG 65uf9500 and have received many more years of unrivaled TV performance than these flat screen tvs are designed to deliver and that is why I decided to repair rather than upgrade my LG TV and will only replace my tv when it no longer provides the exceptional quality I have come to expect from LG.

I love this tv. The only problem I have with it is that the sound does not work every time I turn it on. If I turn it off and on again it works, but I think for this price, it should work every time.

I bought this TV as an open box item, which made me nervous originally but now a couple months later I have never been let down! This tv is amazing yet since day one. Great price and value for the video quality without having to jump up to the more pricy OLED models. I'm very satisfied with this model TV. My original motivation was to find a high end TV that supported passive 3D and that led me to LG. I love showing others the 3D aspects and 4K upscaling. It has made watching TV at home fun with both tv shows and movies. The bonus features are great too, although I haven't had a chance to explore everything. I have the TV mounted at eye level and it is perfect. I hope LG continues to produce TV's with passive 3D.

This is by far the most versatile TV set I have ever purchased. The picture is of 1st class quality and using it to connect with other media to watch movies or do some work and review on the web. I definitely highly recommend it.

We bought this a little over one month ago, although it was expensive. By far the best TV I have owned. Great picture, even with sporting events, little to no blurring. 3d works great.Has great sound on its own, so no additional speakers needed. All features are easy to use. Looking forward to additional 4k broadcasts, upscale is great on standard DVD's.

Presently give this TV a 4.5 rating. TV stand a little flimsy. LG should recode WebOS so when the input button is pressed (LG INPUT IR on a non-LG remote i.e. universal remote all devices like network share are visible for selection. So far I can't select all devices without the product's LG remote. I see Antenna and DirecTV. They did it with the non-web OS. It's a key feature for those who can't get that HOME remote button to program in other remotes. Otherwise I would give features a 5.

This TV is GORGEOUS ! This thoughtful design integrating slim, sleek and elegant is outstanding in every way. The ColorPrime system excels! The IPS 4K Panel is a great combination to this outstanding 4K TV. It also efficiently only uses $17 a year in power!) The webOS2 is superb as well. Everything works beautifully and the user integration of the LG magic remote is brilliant. The integrated LG/Harmon Kardon Sound system is great and I applaud them for getting this sound from such a slim model. Even the metal auditorium base is unified for maximum audio range and surround dispersion. This combination is so very good. The up-scale system, the Tru 4K Engine Pro, is just wonderful !!! It really does a great job as we all await more 4K data sources. I so appreciate all of the highly advanced programmable parameters for each input source... So thoughtful, and for those like myself who seek perfection, this is simplified, intuitive and easy to use. This $K/Passive 3d on this TV is THE STANDARD for home use. Both immersive and bright ! I got this (for myself) for Christmas. I was immediately blown away with the picture quality and clarity. The size of the screen is not overbearing, even though it's much wider than the 55" rear projection that it replaced. There is less than 1/2" of "dead space" at the perimeter of the screen. Though it is heavy, it is packed full of features, including WebOS. You can view 4K videos on YouTube and you will be blown away! The remote is simple and intuitive, without excessive buttons and controls. One downside is that there are no number buttons, however most users will employ a satellite or cable remote so this turns out not to be much of an issue at all. Having Netflix built in is also a plus. With any of the newer style tv's, sound quality is a bit lacking, but the 9500 is about the best I have heard. For full theatre sound, you will want to spend the extra money for a sound bar and sub-woofer add-on. It's tough to imagine what you might want in a tv that this one does not have. I am extremely impressed and satisfied and would highly recommend this product to anyone considering a "lesser" tv.

this tv is the bomb! it's like you are watching in a theater. picture is outstanding, the quality is above the others, i just can't say enough about this product. we also got a sound bar and a 3D blu-ray player and the combo can't be beat! excellent picture quality, colors pop and it's truly and exceptional viewing experience! the 3D is incredible as well! you will not be disappointed with this product! the web based features are great too!
