Excellent picture and everything great. Until......The wi-fi chip/card did not work right immediately after the warranty expired. Cost an arm and leg to replace the part. So all these time, I did not have wi-fi. Wi-fi chip/card must be the Achilles Heel.

I bought my LG in 2014 at a very reasonable price. It has had part of ceiling/water to fall on it, and completely damaged both leg stands, but has still maintained its picture quality & color.

I have had this tv for 6 years and is for my son and I playing Xbox. it still works as well as when I first got it. Would recommend LG to anyone.

This is the 2nd 4K UHD TV I bought. Originally purchased back in June of 2017 for my on her birthday. At the time this was a good tv with a great selection of options. It has been replaced with a newer model of LG 4K TV.

This television is the jewel of my production studio. I use it as my computer monitor when working on beats or attending online classes, and it is perfect in any setting. I will probably stick with LG tvs forever, not to mention that it interfaces nicely with my Stylo phone. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Well we have had this TV for a little over a year now, and the HDMI ports have stopped working. So the Cable and X-Box that I have are just collecting dust as they can not provide signal to the TV. I have attempted to change which porta receive which signal, which cables I use, bought new cables (though that did work for about a week) but in the end the TV is the only constant problem. Worked great, till it didn’t.

I can't download Peacock tv because my OS version doesn't support app, 3.5 version needed. Weird that Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc. is supported but not Peacock TV. This t.v was purchased only 4 years ago, and already obsolete because of lack of software support. Will be last LG Smart tv purchased.

I wish it was compatible with the magic remote like my other LG tv in my bedroom. It makes browsing a whole lot easier.

This is my 3rd LG TV and I have been happy with all of them. I always end up passing them down when I upgrade, because they still work great. This is my first smart TV and I'm impressed with all the built in technology. Only problem I had was hooking up a Bose soundbar, but I think both companies played a part in that. Great TV!

As long as I’ve had this TV, it hasn’t connected to WiFi...well it connected briefly when I first got it, then just stopped. Three different places, with three different routers and not one was able to connect. I tried all the troubleshooting recommendations on and offline. I wanted to return it but I moved. I got this TV for the WiFi connectivity...wish there was something I can do. I’ve loved all my LG products until this TV.

We’ve had this tv and it just went black on us can hear sound but black screen nothing is plugged into it was using the Netflix app it’s past warranty and we’ve had for two years. Bs for the price.

We really enjoyed this TV until today. The screen has completely gone out- the coloring is all red and very glitchy. We have only had this tv for 2 1/2 years and it only comes with a 1 year warranty per the site. Also states it is discontinued...wonder if there is a reason why. Very disappointed.

Bought this 2 years ago and have not had any issues with it. The picture is great, the sound is adequate, and the features plenty. One item of note are all the content channels that LG themselves provide via an internet connection. My only complaint would be to add one more USB port on the back.

I purchased this TV in January 2017 and its exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is excellent and the features are bountiful. I pretty much only use the the TV for watching free over the air digital broadcasts but I also use it to occasionally stream content as well as watch Blu-Rays.

It's a lovely TV. I have it one year now and it has been doing the job and some. I'd love to be able to download other apps on it though, and an extra USB port would be awesome. Only has one. ONE! Also, the screen is not so bright even after adjusting the brightness in settings. That being said I'm still not disappointed with my unit.

I bought the TV over 8 months ago and have had no issues the TV is great with the apps you add to it. However from time to time have issues getting Netflix to work - Netflix tells me it a device issues and nothing on the LG side shows anything but remove app and reinstall that works for a while then same issue
