I use this headset on a daily basis for work. I had to replace one I had for MANY years and this was the updated model. It only lasted six months and the audio stopped. I contacted LG and the return/repair process was extremely smooth before I knew it my dud has replaced and I was back to work. This is a workhorse of a headset and perfect for those of us that are not earbud fans.

After the first day, headset would continuously drop the call although call would still be active. It became very dangerous trying to drive and talk using the headset because of this issue.

I had these for 3 months.. And again on my 6th pair of LG tones.. The darn left ear continued to go out.. I trashed them.. I will never purchase a LG product.. Especially over $60 with a 3 month life limit.. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got these in December and now the right side barely produces any sound. I'm so bummed. I've basically gotten approximately 3 months out of them. Seems unacceptable to me.

They work fine but the sound quality fades after time to where I can only hear from one ear. I got them from Verizon but they only warranty out one and when it happen again less than 2 months Im stuck and they dont warranty out 2

I bought this to replace a five year old set I had that died. LG no longer gives small earbud inserts, just medium and large so to save themselves a few cents (one or two?) they have dissed every customer they had who has small ears like me. These constantly fall out because I cannot insert them far enough, and they are uncomfortable. If LG is so pinched they have to save pennies this way I don't see any reason to buy their products any more, who knows where else they skimp. I bought another pair of headphones that come with the usual three sets of buds, small, medium and large..

I bought this headset from a walmart, and since I started using it, I barely take them off. I love using headphones because I like to keep all the audio I hear from my devices to myself so i dont annoy any person around me. The battery of the Tone Pro last for a full day of mostly constant usage, because I binge watch hours & hours of youtube, or listen to music while I work. NownI belive it has about 1-2 months since I bought it, so I cant speak for how long the hardware will last, but as of now they are great and work perfectly.

I have had this headset for several weeks now and I am impressed with how well it works. Although I am not what you could call tech savvy, I had no trouble paring my phone with the headset. I am now able to hear music or my favorite podcast while taking my morning walk. I can easily make calls and answer my phone while driving without having to take my eyes off the road. I haven't actually timed it but the batteries seem to hold a charge for a reasonably long time. I am pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this headset to my friends.

This WAS the third LG headset of this type I've owned. Day 1 out of the box I was disappointed by the huge ear buds that jab into my ear if I lay down and their size makes them feel like they may fall out unless I push them in far. My old set had tiny yet comfortable buds. Paired with the huge buds is the tiniest, thinnest wire which was the failure point in both ears. After about 2 months the left ear stopped working, but since I mostly listen to podcasts I continued using them in just 1 ear. A month later both wars are dead and into the trash it goes. My first two I ran into the ground with daily use over years, this pair was large and beefy where it should be small and dainty and fragile where it should be strong. Worst of both world. Very disappointed in this model after such a great experience with older models.

It worked good at first and then started to fail..It had trouble connecting and then I couldn't hear out of either ear bud. I guess for the price the quality was okay.

I bought this and and at first I was happy with the sound of music, design and flexibility. The people on the other end were not happy with the overwhelming background noise. 1 month into using the Bluetooth the right side went out. I have not made a claim yet but hopefully it will be easy to get a refund.
