Just what I needed
Price was right, and I have an LG G7 ThinQ phone. Was very easy to pair with phone. Love the vibration when a call comes in. Have not used its volume buttons; just raise & lower with phone buttons. I also like how the earbuds are magnetized to fit into the ends of the headset when not in use.

BAD QUALITY
I bought this headset when I upgraded my phone last, after less than three months the left side stopped working. I used it like that for three more months till I had the option to purchase another, assuming it was a fluke. Well the second pair I bought did the exact same thing after the same amount of time. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM LG AGAIN!!!!!

Sound keeps going out
I actually love the LG tones and I used it a lot. Unfortunately, the sound went out. And customer service had been truly frustrating. So, I have mixed reviews. I love the product. I just wished it lasted longer. And this is not the first one that I've had the sound go out on it.

Disappointed by this model. Nobody can hear me.
I have owned three older models of this headset. I purchased a week ago, and have had nothing but issues with people trying to hear me. I am constantly told told you are too quiet or that only background noises are the only thing they can hear, which leaves me a frustrated user. I have had to go back to using my cellphone on loudspeaker since I spend a minimum of an hour a day driving. I hope there is troubleshooting for this headset, but I haven't found any yet.
I would recommend older models before this model.

Not Great. Just ok
I like the headset, but the bud wires are to loose, the magnetic ring doesn't always work well, and 1 side shorted out

Great sound-Easy to pair-Price is very reasonable
I bought these to replace an older LG model that I lost. I loved the ones I had and they were still in perfect working order even though the dog chewed on them. I left them in a rental car (you're welcome next renter-lol so I had to replace them and never even considered a different brand. The only thing I have to say is they feel a tad bit heavier than the ones I replaced but they're still very comfortable. The sound is great and they were so easy to pair. My phone picked them right up. I would definitely buy them again.

Wanted The Black One.
Brought them today from target on a whim and I'm impressed. I hate the color (ill be returning it to get a black one) but I love lgs bluetooth headphones.
