Lightweight as promised but much to be said about durability. Was great when it worked. After taking to repair shop it was discovered that the chip had failed only after 2 years of use.

I was thinking about buying a different laptop until I saw this one. The screen is taller and the computer is a fraction of the weight. I love this computer!

I got this laptop for online classes and going back to school as well as general household use, and I love it. I work from home, and my work issued laptop is no where near as nice. I trust LG- and have several products- and will continue to add to that list.

I bought this laptop a year ago and have been really happy with it! For the price it really is an awesome tool for work and school, especially with the 17 inches screen size. The screen is decently impressive, would hope for a bit more brightness and the laptop doesn't run games well - which is somewhat expected. Mine also broke after 2 years but LG was very helpful in getting a repair in for me once they understood my issue. For the price it is a decent laptop, in fact I think the model make up is so compelling I would be very happy to buy another one with an improved graphics card and more power. Decently durable and super light.

We like the computer but the peg-style plug-in power cord connection to the computer has failed repeatedly. We have had to purchase four additional power cords to date and this makes the computer very expensive to maintain.

I have now had this laptop for two years, my husband has had his for four years. No issues with either laptop. Very lightweight. No DVD but when needed (rarely), have an external DVD. We purchased a third laptop for our grandson when he graduated high school and headed to college. He as well has had no problems and laptop still in use four years later.

Wouldn't buy again. Computer wasn't used very much and only lasted a little over a year. Too expensive to not last very long.

Purchased my gram in April of 2021. Was an Acer user for 20 years, but this changed everything. From its extreme light weight to screen size (17") opened my eyes to LG as a brand to reckon with and a "player" in the laptop business. Waiting for the next version to be released because my wife wants to dump her Acer for my current LG gram!

I hate this machine. I bought it two years ago and had problems immediately with the erratic curser jumping randomly. I returned the machine and it was replaced with another that has a less frantic curser. The dealer wouldn't take it back a second time. I'm stuck. Working in Microsoft word, it will eat paragraphs that suddenly disappear. How I wish I'd made another choice.

I bought this laptop for two reason 1) it's weight, which is only 2.2 lb 2) very long battery life ? yeah upto 18 hr. Couldn't be happier. Excellent performance. It is exactly what I needed.

Perfect laptop, miles and bounds ahead of the Dell xps 13 I had prior. The laptop is actually light enough to be easily moved around and used on my lap, almost 0 fan noise, and the 17 inch screen has been perfect in the last few years of remote work for me.

I've had this for less than a year and I bought it at a very low and good price for my buck. One of the thinnest and lightest laptops I have ever had, the minute I saw it I said "this must be the one", and sure enough I was excited and amazed at how this state-of-the-art laptop really met my needs. Great storage and memory ram overall the speed compared to others. Great display and I like how this laptop works like a mobile device. I really enjoy the graphics and watching movies especially when you have more than one monitor connected catching a game or two. Great!

This product is lightweight and very, very fast. It's oustanding and high quality and probably the best laptop out there. I purchased it in June 2020 and am now still using it through Jan 2022. It's worth every penny.

I bought this laptop a year ago and yet opened it up and used it just recently. My old laptop was still working so need not go into a rush. Upon opening this new laptop, I was impressed by its lightness and fast processing speeds. I also found the color and clarity better than my former laptop. Glad that I got my LG Gram while it was on sale at Costco.

I bought this for use in my business. It is great for multitasking and shifting gears from word documents to multiple online information etc. I don't have any negatives to say about the computer at all, with the exception of the fact that the power cord, power pack gets extraordinarily hot. I had to replace it, yet the new one gets hot also. Not sure how this will affect the computer in the long run but I will find out.

I purchased the laptop because we were in the middle of a pandemic and I wanted to be able to do better video meets with people. The video quality has been good. I have no complaints on the laptop. I do some 3d modeling on it and it works well.

I purchased the LG Gram and I love this machine! It has a 17-inch screen, but it is the most lightweight laptop that I have ever owned. The display is clear and colorful; and the sound quality is crisp. I would recommend this product; in fact, I already did! :-)

This laptop attracted to me with extra light in wight with bigger screen (17"). But it showed some fetal drawbacks after 6 months of purchase. two major findings were trembling window and malfunction of mouse pad (can't copy and paste). So I have to send to LG for repair. Additionally, resolution of camera in this model is poor (blurring) in Zoom.

I bought my laptop 8 months ago and I have not had any problems. It is light weight and has excellent graphics. I especially liked that it came with a connector that enabled me to convert my coaxial cable to a thunderbolt connection. Another company I considered makes you pay extra for the converter. When I got my laptop back in march I was so happy how clear and crisp the screen was for I needed it to work from home. I found the computer to be very user friendly. I did have one problem with the lap top the screen did go in it this month Sept. I called LG and it was under warrantee so they had me send back to them to repair and when I got it back it was like new again. Very please with the service and product.
