The buttons on this headset are the best I've ever had (out of about 5). Google/call button Designated volume up/down slider Designated music slider to jump forward/backward (eg. 15 seconds) but also previous/next track! On/off switch so I know if I'm turning headset on/off without waiting 5 seconds just to find out I turned it on and need to wait another 10+ seconds. Media pause/play button. Sound and microphone is also great on these. I've had these few at least a couple of years. Would like updated version of this but cannot find it (similar controls, usb-c, latest Bluetooth capabilities, etc) Wires are so thin but never broke and good sound. Battery is also great, Although wish low battery reminder have more advanced notice.

I love the LG and have had 5 BUT I am always buying a new one due to the back breaking. Buying new one yearly @ 150.00 gets expensive, so may re-look for new options if the newest one just purchased breaks. I love just wearing them around my neck though - makes it easy instead of fumbling with taking something out of the case and sticking in my ear. Sound quality is generally good - just hate the band breaks.

i bought these from amazon in January 2020 and just now I'm having my first issue and that's the joint between the soft plastic and hard plastic. The hard plastic broke in the joint allowing for extreme flexibility but both headphones work after daily use for 5 to 7 days a week. These also have great battery life. I can start listening at 6am and still be listening to music at full volume at the end of my 12 hr shift and with intermittent use i can still listen until midnight or later on one charge. 100% would buy again if i can find any in stock.

I purchased these in March, and the left earbud stopped working so I started using the right ear bud. Last night they separated from the flexible top. The seller would not replace it. LG wouldn?t replace when I called about the sound not coming through. I?ve only purchased LG headphones because I believed in their products up until now. I still have my first pair of LG wireless earbuds.

I brought this a year ago and only use it to take calls in the office. For the purchase price this device really held up for only 3 months. The calls on the receiver end appears to be very low. This purchase is not worth the money.

Love these headphones use them when I ride my motorcycle but connecting to the Google assistant is a nightmare there is no instructions to help you and the tone and talk app for the headphones doesn't help either. Little irritated i spent the extra money for these platinum just for the Google assistant option and 75% of my time with them I can't even get assistant to connect to them. So yeah 2 stars is what these get everything else is awesome

Love the feel wearing this set around my neck. The sound is clear and powerful and the functions are excellent using the headset app. Also great bcs you can set buttons to your desire.

Bought kinda a year ago. Why 5 star? I do truckdriving, I use them 12-14 hours a day 5 days a week for entire year and have no issues. The only complaint is about noise cancellation, it's not as good as I expected but overall if you take care of they will last for long. I used different brands and models before and no one last over a year. As I said am truck driver, and I use them harshly.

Had it not been that I stumbled on the comment here from Cburch ·I would be buying my 4th pair because I like Harman Kardon sound, its crisp and clear, (I use mine for music mostly not phone. "Had the same issue. After going through 5, all you have to do is take the earbud and screen underneath it off and Clean it, or take it off. 2 minutes" After reading this, I cleaned my other 2 started working. After almost 2 years of ear wax that clogged them up it never occurred to me. You may want to recommend this most comments re: one side going out (it takes about 2 minutes). My only issue is they are delicate since I'm heavy handed I have to remember to use a lighter touch.

The battery life and sound quality are unbelievable I have had several headsets and ear buds Nothing can compare to LG HBS-930, I work in a Harsh area daily, I also workout in the gym daily, I always have this headset with me the sweat the harsh environment I work in they never fail me maybe I have a unique set but I wouldn't trade them for any other.

After my 2nd Tone Ultra (in 3 years) died, I decided to upgrade my Tone Ultra but this wasn't an upgrade. The sound and build quality is better on the Ultra. The new control positions will take a little getting used to but that's not n issue. Knowing what I know now I should have saved a few 4$ and got what I had before.

I love the design and the retractable ear buds. Sound quality is fantastic. I have a very difficult time connecting to my phone through bluetooth. No sound coming from left side. Purchased in Sept. 2019. Should last longer.

This is my 3rd LG headset. Started with the 910, then 920, now on the 930. Conclusion: Planned Obsolescence. The longest they've lasted me is 9 months. I use in the office to tune out noise and work. The current 930 screeches after approx 15 minutes and disconnects. I have unpaired, re-paired, and tried with multiple connection sources. My wife's Chinese import headsets have lasted longer!! What a shame.. 3 strikes and your out! No more LG for me.

The general use for music listening is good but as a phone call receiver it lacks. There are better options for calling headsets but overall they are good headphones.

Bought the LG Tone Platinum a at the Verizon store 1 year ago. The plastic on the earbud cracked and broke off, no replacement, no repair available. I take excellent care of my electronics but this product is cheaply made in Vietnam. Unfortunately, LG started mass producing them and the quality is extremely poor. Too expensive for a throw away product.

this is my 5th set...i actually purchased 4 headsets overtime...1 was gifted to me by someone who knows my addiction to them..but i wont be buying another pair of LG headsets...not 1 headset has lasted a year...the sound has went out on one side on every pair i have purchased...i would think this issue would be resolved by now as im sure LG is aware of this problem...but unfortunately it has not...great sound and lightweight, but to expensive to have a 6-8 month lifespan...IM SOOO DISSAPPOINTED!..

I bought this about 3-4 months ago and although it does feel very good and works well, it does seem to have a lack of volume. When you turn the headphones up to 100%, it doesn’t really feel like someone is yelling at you (like other wireless/Bluetooth headphones) but rather feels like someone is talking to you. This makes it really hard to hear music when someone is talking right next to you or even 20 feet away.

I have had two of the hbs 930's for about 9 months and they both work great with my iPhone once software is updated with the LG tone & talk app. After that you must go into Bluetooth settings and forget the 930 BLE and leave hbs 930 paired then you have a excellent working headset, with great range since it is Bluetooth 5.0 outgoing voice quality is great and incoming voice quality is great also.

Three Kong’s stock purchased a pair of these Bluetooth headphones and on pairing two ids appeared on my iPhone. Now there is interruption in listening to music and the talk connection for talking on phone people say it’s garbled. What the problem? Who two ids for pairing? Absolutely horrible microphone. I bought it for business and can't use it because everyone I speak with says it either fades out or just goes away. And the range. At times I can get 15 ft away - maybe. Other times it doesn't work 3 ft away.
