I've had this TV almost a month. It's by far the best I've ever had.

I have used the TV for about three weeks and found it be as advertised. Beautiful picture! Easy to assemble and easy connections to different support accessories. Found floor sales persons very helpful as well.

I finally gave up my 50" plasma TV for the LG OLED55B7A and I am very happy with the decision. The video is excellent. I found as I usually do that I needed to play around a little with the picture settings, but video is very good right out of the box. Cinema and Technicolor modes are closest to my taste. UHD and HDR feeds really show this set off, but even 1080 HD feeds look better on this set than on any I've ever seen. Except for one matter, the audio is not relevant to me since I run all audio through a separate stereo system. (That's why I got the B7A instead of the E7. The only problem I've had is that switching the inputs among different levels of HDMI, particularly from 2.x to 1.x, both the internal and external audio disappears. I have a programmable remote that I've set up with a workaround for this problem, but that is not the best answer. You also may find the audio synchronization adjustment useful, depending on your source devices. Over all, I highly recommend this TV and I hope LG will address the HDMI switching bug.

I've had this product for over a year, and I can't recommend it to even a person I dislike. This play is constantly freezing when I play blu-ray movies. I give high praise to LG support as the tech folks have always been very patient. The "latest" fix from customer support, after a new release froze, was to change the settings from 1080i down to 720p. The technician claimed this would help with performance, but doesn't that also reduce the clarity of the picture? While watching the Avengers last night, right around 1:10 into the movie, it froze. I eventually skipped that chapter #after two hard resets# and was able to get through it. I might be done with LG as this is the first time, I've ever had a player with this sort of issue. Customer Services rocks though. High praise for that group.

Awesome! product. I have purchased and returned Samsung BD-1600, LG BD-370, but this one stays. Loved it, from set-up to firmware upgrades to picture quality, to sound. One downside no Pandora, but I can live with that...

- Remote control construction is cheap, also needs back light. - Cannot play DVD9 when written with Blu-ray format. Other than that, it's a good unit to own. - Good video up-conversion on DVD movies.
