I have had my brand new sound bar and sub for 3 weeks. The sub is wirelessly connected to the sound bar via Bluetooth. Today I noticed that the sub is making a very muffled sound. Sounds like someone rubbing against a microphone. Can someone please tell me how to make it stop!?

I bought this in November of 2015 and ever since the day I bought it the blue tooth has been completely bad. The device cuts out even when the blue tooth device is only 5 ft away or when you walk in between them.

I'm not ready to buy a high end expensive sound system so I wanted to find something with good price/value that provided better sound than the default sound from the TV with two additional criteria: 1 as much wattage for the price, and 2) smaller size footprint so the sound bar didn't take up too much room or look bulky. This soundbar from LG provided everything I was looking for (and more with the additional features supported). It sync'd up great with my LG TV and I enjoy it yet everyday! I preferred this model over the other ones by LG too because it had the grill cover. Other models I saw had no grill and the speakers were exposed.

Received as a gift. Very easy to set up,hang up ,and get working.Probably not for audiophiles,but makes my LG tv sound really good.Music still sounds better on my home stereo but then its higher up on the food chain.

I was hesitant to buy this product, wasn't sure of the sound in the store with the large area, but sound is great and best part is don't have to use a separate controller. The TV Remote (Time Warner) works for sound bar too!!! Absolutely makes movie watching a much better experience!!!

I expected more from an LG product. To me LG is a supposed to be Quality/Superior brand but let me down on this one. I purchased this item 4 1/2 months ago from Amazon. Sub stopped working after ONLY 4 months. This is very unfortunate because before the sub stopped working the sound quality was great. I was very happy with my purchase until the sub went out. The sub will connect play sound for a bit then disconnect and the sound goes away, it really reduces the viewing experience. I have tried to re-sync the sub but that does not fix the issue. I tried to google solutions and trouble shoot but nothing worked. I expected more from an LG product. When spending more money for a quality name brand product you expect the item to be quality and work properly, unfortunately that was not the case. I expected more from an LG product. Buyer Beware and purchase at your own risk.

This soundbar was the second I got. The first was definitely broken because the Subwoofer couldn't pair with the bar. Once we got second we could enjoy the perfect sound coming from it.

This sound bar is great. It was easy to hook up and makes TV watching experience much better. It is great with movies and I can hardly wait for football season to see how it sounds. I would recommend this product and I would buy it again.

I have had this sound bar for almost 2 months. Set up was simple and clean. By clean I mean one optic wire to the TV and even better the sub woofer is wireless. My old system was wired for 7 speakers and a sub woofer and was kind of complicated. The sound is really good and the sub woofer does its job as well. The remote does an outstanding job as well.

I went off the sales persons recommendation on this and did not have very high expectations. I was blown away at the sound/performance of this unit. It was simple to hook up and the remote is very user friendly. I would highly recommend this model if you are looking for great sound on a budget.

Because my hearing is deteriorating at my age, I am not able to always hear through the TV speakers. I am very pleased with the sound and the sound choices. It is not that different from the sound quality that I receive in my other home in the US on my Sony home theater. I have showed it to some friends here in Mexico and they have enjoyed sharing their music on their smart phone via Bluetooth.

The sound bar itself puts out enough volume and ambience for our living room. I only use the sub on occasion, it will keep others in the house up at night. The vocals are clear and you hear all the other effects in a great blend. We were used to just the TV speakers, so I cannot compare it to another unit. It has done all I wanted it to though. Very satisfied.

Easy set up with optical or HDMI cable. I picked this sound bar because of it's size. Others were too tall and blocked the infrared remote receptors on my TV. I got it on sale at a good price so I have no regrets. Really fills the room with clear crisp sound.

Very surprised at the quality and overall sound. It fits under the tv without blocking the eye so I'm able to use the remote for sound and channel changes.

Just purchased the LAS551H, Nice design, easy to use, and great sound. Very nice product at a very reasonable price. Only downfall is you cannot pair the volume control with all remotes. I have a 47GA6400 and the remotes are not compatible.

I've paired this up with my recent purchase of an LG 65" Class (64.5" Diagonal) UHD 4K Smart 3D LED TV, and the rich sound this produces is awesome. Love the fact that the subwoofer is wireless. You cannot set it to automatically dim or be removed, you must do it each time the unit is powered on...terrible functionality. 3) When using HDMI feeds, the unit will power on in the MUTE mode, then when you press the MUTE button you can't hear sound. You must cycle through the FUNCTIONS and back to HDMI and THEN you wil get sound. I would not get this unit. If you can live with optical connections the NB3530A is a much more user friendly device.
