As with many owners of the curved LG 65" OLED, my panel ended up with bad cumulative burn in. LG does not have a replacement panel available - discontinued part! I finally discovered this after being misinformed multiple times by LG Customer service personnel. VERY disappointed in LG.

Purchased in 2017? picture began deteriorating in about three years and was finally difficult to watch after year four. Colors no longer accurate. Would not recommend OLED, nor purchase another one.

My tv has a green cast in the center part of the screen. I purchased 4 yr ago. Yes it is out of warranty. I have contacted LG several times about the issue with no resolve. I am a moderate watcher and would expect a tv that cost this much to last longer than 4 yr. I have understood that there is a pending class action law suit about this issue.

This is one of the better televisions I believe I've ever purchased. The quality of this television surpasses many more expensive TVs. If you're looking for quality and value, I strongly suggest you look at this product.

Bought this 4 yrs. ago. 2 years ago, bought a 4k DVD player, played my 1st 4K DVD and the burn in of the TV logo for the "list" (TV schedule) clearly visible in the middle of the screen. Used the "list" button multiple times a day to access the TV sched. It was on only for several minutes at a time, but I used it daily. LG website states burn in will only occur if the display is left on for hours. WRONG! Several software updates didn't address the issue of the logo appearing in the same spot, same color, each time. The logo is in bright pink, and the burn in appears in any red, orange or yellow. screen. It is not visible in any blue or green screen. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I wish I would have waited for the other brands of OLED or QLED televisions, which gauarantee NO BURN IN. Yes, I had the screen shift feature on and used the "clear panel noise" multiple times. It seems the only thing that could have prevented the BURN IN, would be to have the logo appear in a different area and/or in different colors.

Bought this TV 5 years ago and have just been dealing with the images that are burnt into it for the last 3 years because I spent so much money on it. Save your money and don?t buy OLED. No matter what they say you will have images burnt in if you watch a decent amount of TV.

I have owned this OLED TV for 4 plus years. It was perfect for the 1st three years until it developed what others say is BURN-IN. It is about a 10?x10? area that looks dark on a red screen and a green tint when a person?s face is centered over this area. Researching this problem online reveals this is a common problem with these early year OLED TV. There are two features that are available to prevent this ?CLEAR PANEL NOICE? & ?SCREEN SHIFT?. I have had SCREEN SHIFT set to on from day 1. I have used CLEAR PANEL NOISE several times. Neither has prevented from my problem from happening.

Last LG product I'll purchase. Burn in on a premium TV and a crappy 1 year warranty that won't fix it. LG does not stand behind their products.

I purchased this television over three and a half years ago and was very happy with the picture and overall performance and features it offered. About two and half years of good performance I noticed slight color variances in the red pixel outputs After a time this grew worse and became very noticeable I contacted LG customer service and they were very understanding and responsive to resolving the issue. I give 4stars to the tv for the first three years and 5 stars to the customer service response!

The TV has a beautiful picture however a very weak computer or WiFi component. When new I called LG and reported difficulty connecting to the net. Often taking up to 30 minutes of loging on rebooting, etc. LG tech was very nice in trying to help but to little avail. Finally suggesting I buy Roku thereby bypassing the TV wifi component. That worked but not a satisfactory solution for very expensive Television.

The picture quality was great while it lasted. Developed a horizontal line in half of the screen and no correction I make takes it away. I was told it needs a new display glass screen. So soon?! I was excited at first but now disappointed not to mention the expense of a now bad looking television. I have other LG products in my home and they all work well. So, you can understand such a let down by what could have been a great TV.

DO NOT purchase this model. Purchased in 2016 and started noticing burn in (scrollers at bottom of screen) within 2 years. at 4 years, the red is fading from the center of the screen and is working its way outward. Now, starting to see pixels in various locations remaining white.

The department store had the LG OLED next to a competitor’s top of the line HD.... the difference in picture color was like night and day. I bought the LG!

I bought this 2 years ago and the TV is shot. Green spots, and pixel burn damage from TV logos and new bars.

This was a beautiful tv with an excellent picture until “burn in” started and ruined the picture. The tv will have to be replaced. Too much money for life span achieved.

I have e 2017 C6 that’s basically unwatchable due to burn in. I would run the “clear panel noise” program weekly and always left on “screen shift” and it did nothing to prevent the burn in. It’s a gorgeous display - but it’s only worth buying if you only watch movies (vs playing video games or watching any channel that has a news ticker or logos of any kind that stay on screen. I had filed a report and they responded quickly that they would provide a solution within a few days - but they never called me back with a solution. I was in the market for a new TV and I wanted to explore LG again because (minus the burn in) - but based on the fact that I need to the TV for more than movies I wouldn’t be able to trust the TV for my day-to-day viewing habits. It really is a beautiful display capable of deep blacks and great HDR performance - but that experience is ruined by burn in artifacts.

I bought this TV three years ago. It has a great picture and I love the curve. However, it is prone to burn in which I understand may go away over time. The other feature that I miss is picture in picture. I am not sure it has or don't know how to make it work. Nevertheless, it's not straight forward.......

Perfect TV, but not happy with the bass response. Also, the ink rubbed off the remote, but LG sent me another one, so this is ok.

I enjoyed my first experience on an OLED TV with this model. Just was disappointed with my burn in Issue LG has a great customer service and offered me options to fix my issues. I really like this model because it had 3D but had to exchange it to CX model.

I bought a lg oled 65c6p tv 4 years ago w hope's it wld last a good 10 to 15 years. Now 4 years later I have an image burned in and a green tone n the center of the screen. I bought this tv bc it had the best picture I've ever seen and still wld if it didnt have the burn in. I've tried the refresher feature over 7 times and none of it has came out. I'm waiting on a technician to call me back but I'm afraid of the price it will b to fix it. I dont thing this is right at all for a tv to b ruined so fast. I used the refresher feature regularly and the burn in still happened. I really hope the ppl at Lg can make this right. This tv was very expensive and I saved up for a while to get it. Although I recommend this tv I wld exercise caution when buying an oled. Plz make this right
