This is a fantastic TV for anyone who prioritizes picture quality and wants a smart, user-friendly experience. It's not the cheapest option, but the premium picture quality and features justify the price for me. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! If you're looking for a top-of-the-line OLED TV with excellent picture quality, smart features, and good gaming performance, the LG E6 is a great choice. Again, not the cheapest in the market, but a great return to your investment.

Purchased this 55 inch OLED TV in 2017 and after only 5 years of use the pixels are worn out and distorted in color,... things that should be yellow appear green in the shape of an upside down T in the middle of the screen. I paid an extremely high price for this supposed top of the line TV and am very disappointed that it barely lasted 5 years. Contacted LG customer service and they would not do a thing. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

There are two areas this TV fails in and maybe there is a fix someone can recommend. 1) In a bright room, you can see anything. Just too dark and all I can do is set the brightness to 90%. Look terrible. 2) I use Comcast for cable and when I try and switch to a streaming service like Netflix, it jumps back to Comcast. It's like a fight to keep on going back to Netflix. Eventually Netflix will run, but this is extremely annoying. And to be clear, it's any of the streaming services

The tv is easy to set up, the picture quality is greatly superior to Samsung's QLED. The new magic remote works well and has a small learning curve. Anyone who purchases a C1 will be more than pleased, amazed.

I have major burn in. The center of the screen is green. Faces show green. Yellow colors show green. The TV has worked fine otherwise. I like the speakers facing front. LG will give a 20% discount on a new TV, but they will not replace the panel on my set or make some kind of adjustment on the replacement price of the panel.

In the past 18mos. the tv twice refused to pass a digital audio signal .According to your techs that is impossible yet it happened twice in the last 18mos.The first time I bought a service remote and found on-line how to fix the problem.Imagine my feeling when it happened again. This time I followed the same procedure and the TV will not take the new programming. That is it won't install the update. If you can help me with this it will go a long way to changing my opinion of the E6 which is now I got a lemon+your tech service+field repairmen are of NOOO use.

Great quality but what they don't tell you is the OLED TV"s are extremely susceptible to screen burn in. And to make it even worse is LG and their inept customer service.

Bought this TV right at four years ago and now I have what's called "burn in" on the screen. Logo's from different channels (netflex, youtube, etc.) are now burned into the image of the screen and LG has not fixed the issue. At the time of purchase this was an unknown problem with the OLED tv and there is still no fix. Best picture ever in the beginning, but once the burn in starts the unit becomes a worthless. Buyer Beware.

My OLED55E6P TV was originally purchased in 2017. Over time, it developed a problem with image retention. Yellow objects near the center of the screen have a greenish cast and a channel logo can sometimes be seen in the lower right corner. LG Customer Support admitted that the TV model had issues and hinted at the possibility of providing out-of-warranty repair assistance. However, since I am not the original purchaser and could not provide a sales receipt, nothing could be done to help me. IMHO, an appliance as costly as my OLED TV should provide satisfactory service for more than three years and be covered against design defects regardless of who originally purchased it.

Too bad LG does not make 3D OLEDS anymore. Best of breed.

I love the oled display and quality of the image but it comes with a fatal flaw of burn-in (see images included). I watch MSNBC about 1-12 hours per week with the normal breaks for adds as well as me moving to other channels to check what is on but as you see the images burn-in where they are constant. This is my second screen in 4 years that has displayed this problem and it is forcing me to look at other sets. The advantage of being able to view off angle without loosing any quality is outstanding. While viewing in a bringht room the shiny surface of the glass produces bothersome reflections. All told it has been a very difficult decision to not have this oled system but I can't watch this set without being distracted by the burn-in despite having used the "clearing system" that is supplied with the controls. I have cleaned the screen using the provided tools on a weekly basis but it hasn't prevented the issue. Wish I could have talked with a customer service person who understood my issue but was unable to get through the "scripted agents" that answer the phones.

Bought this 3 years ago; it looked good for the first year or so but then very faint lines began to appear across the bottom of the screen. The lines began to intensify and I began to explore the internet for possible solutions. After a comment on Facebook, an LG service representative responded and offered to replace the panel at no charge; I was excited. After over 3 months of non-productive exchanges, LG offered to refund half of the purchase price, all I had to do was to package the very large product and ship it back to LG. Needless to say this was a burdensome, cheap and unsatisfactory offer that I declined. Don't buy an LG OLED TV unless you really like green lines across the bottom of the screen.

I've owned this television since 2016; I've spent a lot of time utilizing and gaming on it as a daily driver. I am happy with my purchase, however, I am exhausted with the absolute state of LG support. Several days of wasted time and energy only to be told that they would not offer to repair the image burn problem. It's a shame, because I do love the television, but from here on, I will definitely seek a different OLED television distributor in the future.

If you have an older Home Theater the Device Connection tools does not work all features. Why would they make a remove that doesn't learn some functions. How LG controls other devices claiming it's a universal remote is absurb. Be prepared to use a few remotes. Other then that amazing picture. It's just unbelievable the technology involved to make the picture on the TV, and then to not make a remote better than a Zenneth learning remove from the 90's

This TV has a wonderful picture and the smart TV features are convenient and useful. My biggest issue is that at just under 2 years, the display stopped working and the cost of fixing the display is almost the purchase price. After some research and hearing it from the TV repair person, I found that this is a fairly common problem with LG TVs and LG has refused to offer support.

Great picture so far..... assembly and connections were straight forward. The setup tweeks for picture and sound are not intuitive and in my opinion Lg falls short in producing guidance, explanation and procedures for the consumer to follow .......while your at it make a simple remote that is truly programmable with other components (possibly with WiFi,RF and or infrared)

The picture is magnificent, although sometimes seems a bit dark I am working with the new remote but sometimes it's not as simple as advertised. Had trouble getting it to work with Verizon DVR. Got to work by trying other companies DVR setup. Thanks to a blog on the internet. Other than that it's been great so far. I

This TV is simply amazing and bar none the best TV I have ever owned. Great color with deep blacks. 3D movies on this TV are better than the movie theater. I own 4 LG phones and love those too, but the TV is the best thing I have ever seen. I heard they are getting rid of their 3D that would be bad. I would probably have to look at another manufacturer if that is the case.

This was a the best birthday gift anyone gave me. The blacks are so deep you can swim it, even streaming 4k looks just as good as having physical copies. Being that its supports true HDR and Dolby Vision you are saved from the headache of not being able to play particular formats. It supports 3D granted may not use it all the time but having a premium television it should play whatever is thrown at it. In which is does flawlessly, if you want the cinematic experience with outleaving home this OLED is the way to go. Having a built in soundbar gives it more bang for your buck. I LOVE THIS TELEVISION

Stunningly beautiful picture, best 3D performance!
By Larry2456
I absolutely love this TV. I wish I had enough to purchase the larger 77 or 65 inch model before 3D gets entirely removed from their product lineup. This model has passive 3D and beats all other brands in picture quality. UHD-4K and HDR look incredible, adding realism and pop to any movie, concert, or TV series. LG's technology crushes the competition because none of them (not one) were able to compete with LG's highly-rated lineup of TVs. All other manufacturers' made 4K TVs that failed mise...

Best.....TV....of.....my....LIFE!!!

Amazing picture quality, even when upscaling. The blacks are so dark, you can barely tell where the edges of the tv are. Who cares if it only reaches about 600nits in brightness (compared to 1000nit LED displays), its still incredibly bright even in a bright room. Personally, I have to turn the OLED light down. Only gripe I have so far is the lack of HDR support via the built in YouTube app. LG, if you're listening, please provide an update to support this. I know for a fact HDR activates on ...
