This is great by all means i have enjoyed all its features but it doesnt seem to have a thread in order to mount it to a tripod? There are four threads around the corners but not a common tripod thread is there a work around this or is there a plate that i could possibly use as an adaptor?

I bought the projector about a month ago and took it to service on the 4th day. The reason is that the image lowers its brightness when subtitles appear. This inconsistency in the image occurs only when subtitles appear. This has not happened to me with any projector before, and I do not know if this happens in this model or if it is just my projector. This is a very annoying thing, and I hope that the LG company will tell me what happens. Any idea?

Expected more from LG. Unfortunately it stopped working. It shows to have been manufactured in Sept 2019. I also had a LG Nexus 5X be stuck in a boot loop defect after 1 year. Bad experiences with LG products' durability. I still have a working Acer Acer H5360 projector that is almost 10 years old, and still working great. My experiences with LG have to been very disappointing thus far.

I bought this for movie night. After using it we determined we can use it anywhere, in the house, camping (project it on the side of our camper) I plugged in an amazon firestick.

this is something i was waiting for a real long time and LG just pleased me!! i travel all over the world and the lack of space is always with me and having to use these super tiny TV's really is depressing but changing them for this projector with its tuner, made my traveling a breeze now. my contracts are less painful with the added options of entertainment i get out of this device. kudos LG. downside here is only the lumens... if they were higher to use on rooms with light issues, but a special light rejecting cloth solves this problem and there are a lot of options out there.

Projector is not for a place which is with a lot of lights. But in normal conditions, it is really good, I'm using it as a replacement for a TV and it works very well, so if you have limited budget and want something that can replace a big TV this is definitely an option for you, but if you want to watch in a light space, this is not really an option for you.

This is a great projector which is small to carry and to have inner battery to work without electronic power. However, it is hard to adjust the size of screen because of lack of zoom function.
