Great system.Was very east to hook up.Awesome sound.Great value.The only problem I had was the subwoofer broke.Without thinking, I threw it away.Now I'm stuck with no subwoofer.But it still works without it.

I bought this a year ago. I love it. But the ac adaptor cord blew up. And now because this specific soundbar is discontinued, it has taken me over a month to find a company that has this exact adaptor.

I used this sound bar for 4 years, I was really happy with it. The problem started when I moved to a new apartment where my neighbor wither has a similarly named sounds bar or he likes to mess with people. Why? Well, this sound bar is "bluetooth ready" that means that, regardless of whether it's ON/OFF, regardless of whether you have it (actively) connected to the TV through Optical or HDMI, at any point at any time (including at 2 am) some one that has the BT connection within reach can high jack the input to the sound bar and play their music/movies, etc. After a one hour call with LG support they told me there was nothing they could do. That was completely disappointing so they told me someone would call me back within 2 weeks. That was 1 year ago. So, if you leave in an isolated/controlled place buy it, if you don't I wouldn't risk it at all.

I along with other multiple customers have had issues with the HDMI ARC working properly if at all. Most times I have to cycle on and off the tv's simplink setting and the sound bar for 5+ minutes to hopefully get them to sync. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I'm using the 50uh5530 4k tv with the SH5B. Bluetooth works great. Customer support is lacking.

I got the LG 2.1 320w when I bought my tiv.but the sound of my sound bar doesn't sound good, when I'm listening to music it's sounds like the bass or subwoofer goes on and off we have send out for repair but they didn't fine anything wrong with it, don't know what to do

This unit has a default to Optical (I use for TV. However, when you want to stream music through ITunes, you change it to BT (bluetoth). The problem is that part way through the first song, it changes back to Opti on it's own. Sometimes it will change back to BT, but then change again to Opti. Very annoying. The only fix is - to stream with BT is to remove the optical cable from the back of the unit so the default position isn't available. Lengthy conversations with LG found no other way around this. The Engingeers at LG need to make a change so this unit measures up to all the other sound bars of similar and better quality on the market.

I purchased this sound bar a few months ago and have been pleased with the purchase. Definitely better sound than my built in tv speakers. Pairs well with my LG TV. Volume on movies still a challenge but overall a quality sound bar. Plenty of power.

Great features, great sound! But, not that reliable. Thought speaker needed repairing, returned twice, was told nothing was wrong. However, I continued to have the same problem; i.e. transferring sound from television to sound bar. No sound, except occasionally. Tried everything. All other equipment perfect. Not a big fan of HMDI/ARC. Just gave up!

Overall a great sound bar. Maybe a bit bass heavy for normal dialogue, but music and action flicks are awesome. Subwoofer easy to hide out of the way, but you can definitely hear/feel it no matter where you put it.

About 5 months after purchasing had to send back to LG because the display stopped working .got it back and a month later had to send it back again with the same problem. Got it back and the display STILL DOES NOT WORK. I GAVE UP

Bought this along with a new LG 55UH7700 4K TV. Tried everything to get HDMI ARC to work. Called LG customer support three times. No luck. Ended up returning both. I tried two different sound bars and three different HDMI cables (NOT included with the soundbar). Got no where.

I replaced a left/right speaker system, along with powered subwoofer, system, and bulky amplifier, with this almost invisible soundbar/woofer and I'm very happy I did. The sound quality and quantity is terrific in my medium sized setting.
