they work fine,but if u use an external speaker for any reason it will drain the battery very fast,so no point of buying them and overpaying,go and buy sl5 without external speaker.

I bought these for my wife to replace her old headset. I contacted LG for a return due to the right side not working. Was never given a return address to send them in under warranty. Now the warranty is out and I?m stuck with junk. Do NOT buy these!!!

I used this model for work, I like it being wireless and the quality of the sound is good, my low rating is because it lasted only 6 months, then it no longer powers ON.

I bought them about 3 months ago, the right side sound just went out & 2 days later the sound in the left became distorted. Then they quit working all together. I did use them constantly as i am always on the phone for work. But i expected them to last way longer than 3 months. I am very disappointed.

I have bought not one but TWO!!! Yes dumb and dumber!!! I like the practicality of the items. However, after a few months of use they get disconnected randomly from the cell phone and give the message "ready for pairing" over and over. During phone calls it is a pain!!! Many times they do not turn off. So the ON/OFF button becomes inoperable. Customer service is good. They immediately responded to my email.

I just purchased these on 08/17/20 and I received them on 08/21/20 the headset doesn?t even work! At first I thought maybe Ididn?t fully charge it, or maybe the plug came out of the socket. I?ve put it on the charger again, and it does not work never again!

I purchased these several weeks ago after my previous LG of two years stopped working. The quality is not up to LG standard. These slide constantly around my neck. I walk, not run and they don’t stay in my ears. Cut off without warning. Sound great and easy to pair with my iPhone. I am going to try and return them.

This is my 2nd pair of LG head sets, I think my current one is only a year old. Now they won't hold a charge, so frustrating. I'm now buying less expensive headsets, to avoid this aggravation.

I cannot connect headset to a computer and the Tone and Talk app does not work as cannot get into notifications (greyed out). The battery also does not stay charged for more than 2 hours without using! So guess can only use this for actual calls for short period of time. I called LG, they want it sent back to repair. It is only a week old! I bought from BestBuy. Called them to try and exchange but after being on hold for 30 minutes I hung up. Guess I am stuck with it!

I have been using these for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy with them. The sound quality is good and I've had no trouble pairing them with my devices. Ear buds are comfy. I use them while doing chores and moving around the house, and they stay on well. Battery life is good so far!

Got these headphones about a week ago. They were very easy to pair with my phone right out of the box, which is a definite plus. The features were also easy to use and I had no problems. The overall sound is good. It is clear and seems to have a good connection. The only negative in regards to sound is that it is a little boomy, but you can EQ that out. The only other negative is that the ear buds don't fit in my ears the best and sometimes fall out. I love that you can also use these headphones as a speaker around your neck, which is awesome when I am doing work around the house. Overall pretty good headphones.

I have wanted wireless headphones so I wouldn't have to be tethered to my phone when listening to audiobooks, and I have been eyeing this particular style of headphones for a while. I love the retractable feature of the earbuds. They retract perfectly every time without fail. There are extra earbud pads in the package so you can get the perfect fit for your ear size. The band rests comfortably on my neck, and after a while I forget I have it on. The sound quality of the earbuds is good for phone conversations or listening to audiobooks, but these are not my go-to for listening to music. They lack the volume and bass I desire for a music listening device. I do like that this particular model has a speakerphone option, but I don't think that I would use it very much. I have tried out the speakerphone, and it works ok. Not really sure why I need speakerphone on a headset when I can just use the speakerphone on my actual phone.The headphones hold a charge for a few hours, and that's plenty since I don't actually talk on the phone a lot. I mostly text. I will probably use these mainly for listening to audiobooks or watching movies on break at work so as not to disturb my coworkers.

I got these a week ago and have been very impressed. A 10 minute charge gives over 3 hours of playback. The sound is clean and has the bass you want when listening to music. Made a couple calls also and there were no issues with the call quality. Overall these headphones are exactly what I needed. Great for working out or getting in a zone at work. These also have an external speaker if you need it.

I really enjoy the hands free option and having the microphones for phone calls on both sides of the headset so the person I am speaking to can hear me clearly. The retractable ear buds ensure I won't be losing them or leaving them behind on accident. I really like that you can switch to the external speaker and still have your music play or your phone call going without having to have the ear buds in to hear it. Sometimes my ears will get sore or irritated from having them in for awhile and also if you're driving it's good to be able to hear what's going on around you as well. They came with 2 pairs of ear gels which is wonderful because we all have different size ears so I got to chose between large and small and I can switch them out if I need to or of my wife uses it she can use the other set. A few points it has an 8hr playtime which is amazing in my opinion and the fast charging is also a must. It says if you charge it for 10 mins you can get 3hrs of playtime. It was very quick and easy to pair and it has a stand by time of 18days! I think the sound quality is on point and I use these at the gym regularly and love the fact there's no wires to get hung up on or rip out and it fits around my neck and stays there. If I'm with a friend the external speaker is great for shared listening and if I want to have it all to myself I put the ear buds in. Love these!

I’ve had these headphones for about 2 weeks now. I like the neck rest design and I love that I don’t have to worry about the band falling off of my head. I usually listen to music for 2-3 hours at a time in the morning or at night before bed and I like the comfort of the earbuds. I’m pleased with the comfort and the sound is good for a small device.

I really enjoyed this headset. I've had ones similar in the past but this one is better. The sound comes through very clear. I had a little trouble keeping the ear portion in but I think that is more so user error and I'm hopeful that will improve with time. I really like being able to switch between the headset and microphone. I have a job where most morning I have conference calls that I'm on and I love that this allows me to be hands free to sort through documents and walk around while still staying on task.

I bought these so my husband could use them at work. He’s constantly running around and holding the phone to his ear is it convenient at all. He’s been using these for a few weeks now and loves them because they are convenient, no hassle, and out of the way.

I received an LG Tone Style Premium Bluetooth Headset HBS-SL6S last week. So far, i am loving them. The sound is awesome. I also love the fact you can charge them for 10 minutes and use them for up to 3 hours. Also extremely excited that these headphones can hook up to android and ios devices, as most of us have different devices. This Device comes with extra ear-gels, and data cable. My all time favorite is the retractable headphones. I would highly recommend.

What a great set of blue tooth wireless earbuds! This product has dual microphones for more clarity on a call, a volume button and an external speaker. The earbuds are retractable and it's also fast charging. I wear mine everyday and love them. I can hear my callers clearly, like they are next to me talking. and the music clarity is above what I expected. These earbuds are made durable and the neckband is lightweight and thin, I forget I have them on at times. Great product! I will highly recommend!

I got these just a short time ago and really do like the way the sound. The earbuds are very comfortable and ease of use is very simple. I have had difficulty with getting the app function to work but doesn’t hinder me in any way.
