Great unit.  I own minimal gear, made this investment because I see it working on every set I work.  

Good build, lightweight.  
If I could change anything, I prefer that the ballast be connected via thumb screws for easy removal. The option to quickly remove & re-cable the ballast would be nice for rigging.
