meh

it has fans. you have to switch them off for sound. I have better things to do, frankly than walk around turning off another switch. and the output isn't nearly as much as they state ie comparisons to an 800 Watt Joker or 1K Fresnel are GROSSLY overstated.

not daylight color, better think twice

Unfortunatley this light unit requires 1/4 blue gel to match their existing LitePanel units for uniform colormatching. That sacrifices a 1/2 stop of light output from an otherwise bright fixture.

The Litepanels Hilio answers the need for a small-footprint LED fixture capable of throwing daylight-balanced 5600deg. K illumination over a 6.1 - 7.6 M (20' to 25') distance. New Hilio washes the set in litepanels' HD friendly soft light while incorporating all the advantages of litepanels proprietary LED technology. Incredibly energy efficient, this high output fixture draws a paltry 125W, yet provides the luminance output of a 1000W conventional tungsten or 650W HMI.
