This very comfortable to carry backpack serves to carry a Canon 7D with grip and 70-200mm attached along with two other L lenses, two flash units, and all the accessories that go with it; as well, it holds my Macbook Pro 15" and attendant cables, mouse, and external travel WD Passport drive. I researched other brands and styles, but centered on this one and am glad that I did. The bag is well made with quality materials and will travel well with me by air and auto. I have only had the bag for a short while, so I cannot attest to durability or how it would perform when carried for long periods of time. Not to be overlooked, Adorama's service was superb-- easy to contact, courteous, helpful when I was researching whether this bad would meet my needs. The product was in my hands in just a few business days.

I have a Canon 5D Mark III with vertical grip and several lenses, the largest being a 70-200 f/2.8. I got this bag because it could hold all of that with plenty of space in the upper compartment for various things (as well as having a side pocket for a water bottle as well as a place for a tripod). This is a really good bag and very comfortable to wear for several hours (I got it and then took it to Walt Disney World for six days so it got a workout). I spent a lot of time comparing this to the similar "250" version from Lowepro, which is vastly similar but slightly smaller. I also compared it to the Transit 350, which is really cool but I thought too small to hold everything I had. All three of those bags are very similar, this one is maybe slightly bigger than I need but a few times the extra space has come in handy. The layout, functionality, pockets and built in rain cover are great!

This backpack's main compartment has enough room to hold my d700 with 70-200 plus 2 other lenses and flashes. The upper compartment also has enough room to hold all the accessories you could ever need of want. I don't need to worry about this backpack getting wet as it has a retractable waterproof cover built in. A very impressive pack for the money!

I like the fact that I can easily store all my gear in it including my 2 flashes. It's kinda heavy the bag itself, but in a way it makes it feel more reliable to carry your gear around in it and of course the joy of being able to move the dividers around I enjoy a lot so I know which setup I will feel most comfortable takung out each time from the side opening. The blackened logo I really like since it makes it more inconspicous when travelling that makes it call less attention The top pocket I have my memory card case, 50mm f/1.4G nestled inside an inner elastic strap that holds it in place, my lens hoods, RS-7 strap for when I'm going to use it for long periods of time and some pockets where I carry spare batteries. With the camera, 70-200mm VRII (without hood on) and the vertical battery grip it fits exactly in it. It's a tight fit, but it holds well.

The Lowepro DSLR Video Fastpack 350 AW builds on the original Fastpack backpack and incorporates flexible options for today's multimedia photographer who shoots with a DSLR or HD video-enabled DSLR. Fast access and flexible organization are key elements of this protective, yet lightweight design.
Pack your gear in the dedicated camera compartment. When it's time to shoot, grab your gear from the fast-access, side-entry pocket. A purpose-built audio compartment includes a convenient headphone strap and a removable Custom Audio Utility Pouch for accessories like cables, cords and a receiver/transmitter set.
A separate laptop pocket keeps your workstation within reach. And a Hideaway Tripod Mount secures a tripod or DSLR video rig to the side of the pack. Additional features include a built-in All Weather AW Cover to protect gear from moisture; hidden ID pocket; stretch-mesh side pocket; grab handle; and stow-away waist belt to minimize extra bulk when traveling.
