The LiteMat Plus 8 is one of the most affordable, professional cinema lighting fixture available today. The largest LiteMat in the line makes a great self-lit 40 x40", all from a single light stand. The LiteMat+ Plus 8 is based on eight "tiled" light engines. The head unit features 4608 new CineMitter LEDs and is covered by a thin, clear polycarbonate layer and bordered entirely with Self-Securing Closure "loop" fastener. Its lightweight (10.4 lb) and thin profile (0.9 in.) make this fixture ideal for any lighting challenge you encounter.

Better...Stronger...Brighter
Another distinct feature of the CineMitter is the extended Kelvin range. LiteGear pushed the lower CCT to 2600 degrees Kelvin allowing for output while increasing the CRI to over 95, that's nearly indistinguishable from traditional incandescent sources! On the cool side, the CCT was pushed up to 6200K to better balance for overcast sky or cool white fluorescents. This increase in CCT still achieves a CRI of over 95 and provides beautiful, full-spectrum daylight.

- LiteDimmer Plus AC400 400W DMX Controller -
LiteDimmer Plus AC400 DMX, 400W, AC is the ideal companion for powering LiteMat+ Plus and LiteTile+ Plus units up to 400 watts. Its rugged housing includes several mounting options along with four 1/4-20 threaded inserts for attaching clamps, making it suitable for overhead setups. Locking connections provide AC input and DC output along with DMX pass-through. The unit operates all "Plus + Compatible" Hybrid fixtures up to 400W. The internal electronics include genuine LiteDimmer hardware known for smooth low end dimming, flicker free operation, and rock solid reliability. Simple manual control is provided through the backlit display along with access to DMX settings.

LiteDimmer PLUS AC400 DMX is compatible with LiteMat+ Plus 1, 2, 2L, 3, 4, 8 and LiteTile+ Plus 4, and 8.

- Diffusion -
Woven fabric "diffusers" are a typically used item for this type of lighting system. LiteMat Diffusers are made in industry- standard varieties and are assembled by stitching "hook" Self-Securing Closure around their borders that mate with the loop on the skirt. Presently, there are 3 densities grid-cloth (full, half, and quarter). This item is a single diffuser in quarter density.

- PolySkirt -
A multi-wall polypropylene (coroplast) skirt that helps control the light output by limiting the amount of light exiting the fixture beyond the 120 degree primary field. The PolySkirt is assembled using shock-cord and mounts to the LiteMat head with Self-Securing Closure. The PolySkirt also serves as an accessory holder as all remaining accessories require its use.
