I bought this to store a Canon Vixia HV30 with microphone permanently attached, which is an odd, tall shape. Fits fine with the AC adapter on the bottom for ballast and all the accessories I need in pockets. Padding isn't quite as thick as I'd like but it's acceptable. Like all the LowePro products I've purchased, it's well-built.

It fits my 30D and 2 lenses just fine. I have a 50mm 1.8 and a sigma 17-70 2.8. Very lightweight and easy to access the camera when active. The only thing is when slung across the shoulders it tends to slide around when I'm biking.

Holds all my photo gear, a Canon DSLR with a 28-300 lens, with plenty of room to spare, and is light.

I initially got this bag to use with a Canon 40D and 28-135 lens. That combo fits, but seemed a bit tight. It works better with my Nikon D40 and the 18-55 kit lens, which I put in the center slot of the main compartment. My extra 55-200 lens fits in the left side of the main compartment, with room left over on the right for a flash unit and/or some cords. The removable padded/velcro dividers are very sturdy and have no trouble holding the camera in place. There are plenty of zippered pockets and slots for memory cards, filters, etc. The all-weather cover took a little bit of figuring out, but worked well to keep everything dry in a D.C. rainstorm last week. Overall, a very useful, well-constructed bag. I highly recommend it!

I've been using this bag for about 4-5 months and it has held up just fine. I'm out hiking often (2-3 times a week) through parks with this bag slung over my shoulder. The only "problem" I've had with it is the way I wear it the zipper on the back of the back rubs on my side a little and has a tendency to come unzipped about half way. This doesn't cause any irritation to my skin or anything like that, and the unzipping issue could easily be resolved by wearing the bag on my other side. I'm currently carrying a D300 w/18-200 VR lens, 50mm f/1.4, and a few other smaller things like keys, phone and such, and have plenty of room for what I need.

I only wanted to use this bag for a Canon EOS 40D with attached short-medium lens. My camera fits perfectly with 17-40 mm lens including hood. The construction is good and the pockets are useful

This item could not stand up to daily use. I found this to be true, on a outing. The problem being, the bag strap( connecter) kept coming loose .I no longer use the bag.
