I love my case. It is good protection for my phone especially since I am known for dropping my phone constantly. Great coverage too! The only thing that I wish was different is that the front fully covered the phone where the screen was not unprotected.

So I was a little hesitant buying this case with what other people have said. I am glad I did though, it fits just as described and expected. Everything functions properly and I can even wirelessly charge. All the ports line up and I can use my corded Bose headphones with the case fine. - one downfall. The clear plastic back scratches real easily.

I bought the note 9 lifeproof case and didnt realize it wasnt water proof, I would have rather had the water proof case. The case also is not as rugged as expected

Not what I expected... No front or rear camera protection. I work in a high dust Plant and need the full protection like the older Lifeproof case. Disappointing.

I just recently bought this and overall I am satisfied. The screen protector is amazing and easy to install. The case is very "protective" but I can't keep dust off the back screen. It seems to attract dusk. My back screen also got easily scratched on the case and it has a rainbow effect. But, overall I am satisfied.

The smooth plastic case makes it hard to keep clean from scratches and finger prints and also is very slippery when holding onto with sweaty hands, makes it slip out of hands

Lifeproof for Samsung galaxy note 9 doesn't come with a cover for the screen to protect the screen itself! Therefore, a day at the beach had sand scratch the glass. Other than that it's okay. Shop around first before going straight for this particular case.

I haven't used this yet. There is no screen protector included. You have to buy it separately. At the cost of the case, it's insane to want to turn around and spend the amount they're asking for to buy the screen protector.

I've been a fan of lifeproof brand for 3 years now. I like the color of this case. The clear back makes my phone's color visible. I just got this for a month so I'm not really sure about the dropped test. Hopefully it will survived like the case i got for my iphone 6s plus 3 years ago.

I work with cellphones and I have been installing lifeproof for a while, decided to buy one for my note 9 because how nice they look on the iPhone's. But the case look awfully big, you can barely hold the phone with one hand, the rubber around is super bad quality. I have d the case on my phone for almost a week and the rubber is already dirty and start peeling in a corner. I'm going to try to return the case because I dont want to waste my money like this.

I really like the case, except for one part of the design. The charge port and audio Jack covers are difficult to use. They both open the same direction(the charger cover opens over the audio jack which can be a little annoying. And the charge port cover has to be bent back so far to get the cord in that it's now wanting to stay a little open instead of closing all the way. I can't really see a better way to have done it though.

The case itself feels pretty solid, and does a good job of protecting the sides and back of the phone. I also like that it is clear to show off my blue phone. I really don't like that there is no built in screen protector. I'm not a fan of having to apply a separate screen protector and have to deal with bubbles or the case not fitting over it. Especially since my note 9 has a curved screen, I'm not sure how well it will work with a separate protector. Also, the side bumper feels more like plastic than rubber. With an all plastic case, that does little to help grip the phone and stop it from sliding. If the case came with a built in screen protector and a better side bumper I would give it 5 stars.

I purchased 2 weeks ago. Have gotten many cases over the years from life proof and been really happy but this one missed the mark for the price. I am quite disappointed. Sharp edges, buttons seem to stick or not seat right all the time, hard plastic back does not feel nice in your hand and is a fingerprint magnet. The case is way to wide... seems unnecessarily wide. And at the end of my work week I take the phone out of the case and find quite alot of junk inside. I give it 2 stars because it seems like a sturdy case that will take abuse but that's about it.

I bought this case after i bought my new phone i feel so much safer to hold my phone now knowing it'll be protected if dropped. The case is easy to put on and real neat i love the color of the pink and the fact that i can see my phones beautiful color still too. I also like the fact that all the hole for charging, s pen and headphone jack are covered. Plus you can have a glass screen protector on it to no problem

I enjoy it very much. Being that the phone is already big it's a great case for minimum increase in bulk size. Especially with the actual protection it provides you would think it would be bigger. My only concern is the pen and port protection at the bottom edge of the case. Being I just bought it I don't know what the durability is to the dust protection plugs are when opening and closing before they start breaking off. I only hope it last for awhile. I would give it 3 and a half stars for now because I haven't fully put it to the test. Maybe increase after more use.

The case was way too bulky. Limited options for my phone. I ended up getting a different case from another manufacturer after a couple weeks.

Case is very bulky but for a reason I guess. It super sizes the phone and makes the phone difficult to operate one handed and I have large hands. The phone cannot charge on a genuine dock cause the cover is to thick. I found the covers the the access ports for charging and the pen a nuisance as there is no good position to get a short nail grip on to flick them out. I am disappointed as the cover does offer great protection but phone usability is affected greatly. I have a $90 case spare now and have gone back to the cover supplied by Samsung as the cons outway the fors. I will just have to be extra careful not to drop the phone... wish I had better to say.

Anybody that knows me, knows how infamous I am when it comes to breaking phones. The Lifeproof Next has changed that. I spoiled myself a little getting a new phone and I tempted fate by not purchasing a case when I got the phone. After a near phone death experience I picked up the Next model for my Note.
