I am on my third one, and each start coming apart around the edges. I thought at first it was due to my tight work pants pockets. So I made a point to change the style of pants I wear to work. The same issue occured on the next two cases! Another thing that bothers me about this case is the dust that somehow seems to find its way inside the back of case. I have been using Lifeproof for my iPhone cases since my iPhone 4s and have loved every one of them until this one.

It came glued together in one corner, had to break it apart, it still fits but a bit bent. Obviously there was no QA done on this item. Not Happy

I bought it on 20 of July and arrived on 28 of July. It was the best thing I could get for my iPhone X protection because I work at the airport where working conditions are extreme then working in a office job. So far so good.

These cases r the best they protect my phone and if something goes wrong with case they replace it for free ... this is the best case ever

It was amazing case, protect phone from dust, drop and even daily use waterproof, just a bit bulky, but feel so safe.

I Love my new case! It literally bounces when dropped! I dropped my new iPhone in the store shortly after buying. luckily life proof case was on it so not a scratch on my phone! I do wish they had a place for a wrist strap Since the case does make the phone a little heavier! But overall a great case!

I bought this a while back got it in the mail last weekend. Overall it is cute and it lets you show off the cool design of your IphoneX. I would still want to upgrade to the FRE in the near future for full protection but this case is nice.

So far In the first few days I’ve had this case I am very impressed. I had an OtterBox defender protecting my iPhone and it was working extremely well. The Lifeproof case isn’t near as chunky which is a huge plus. It feels like I have my hands on more phone than case.

I love love love Lifeproof cases, that I have had for my iPhones and IPads. This one is no exception . Looks great does what it says . I can even let my 3 year old grandson use my iPhone without worry of damage. I do wish though you would have come out with a case for the iPad Pro 1st Gen, I was waiting for it, but you came out with one for 2nd Gen.

Bought this case and as with other lifeproof case I am very satisfied. All the buttons on the case worked very well. Wish they would make this case water resistant. but overall a great case for my Iphone X.

I bought this hoping I would be able to work in my career as a welder in the heavy industrial world however I was wrong First day I owned the case I dropped from around neck level (on accident and looked to find the corner of the case cracked right away Second I use my headphones constantly and there is no way to keep the dust (or sand or even water/sweat) from getting inside the case while your are doing your activities AND listening to your jams, so needless to say the 80$ spent is only if you plan to use it exclusively as a protective casing Another flaw is the glare and darkness that the screen from the case puts on the phone when you’re trying to look at it in the sun or a very top lit room not a very desireable effect Overall it’s great if you’re clumsy and you work around water Other than that there may be better less expensive options out there

This lifeproof case does not try to do too much. its ultra-protective and sleek looking. While a little bit bulky if you need it... you need it. Dont hesitate as this is a great option to keep your iPhone X safe.

Pros: I really love this case. I love the way it looks on my phone and how it feels in my hand. The buttons and vibrate/ringer toggle all work very well! Con: However, I've only had the case for about a week and there is already a pretty large and noticeable scratch on the back cover. I haven't even dropped my phone yet since having it and I'm not sure where the scratch could have come from so I was hoping it would hold up slightly better. With all that being said, I still love the case it is seems to be protecting my phone well and I would recommend it!

I bought his phone case about 2 weeks ago and couldn’t love it more. It’s light, and thin, and fits well in a pocket. I was concerned the rubber would make it difficult to get in and out of my pocket, but that’s not the case (ha) at all. Great phone case - glad to see LifeProof made a case that isn’t waterproof! 10/10 recommend!

I really like this case. I had the slam originally and I got this as a replacement since I’d cracked the other one in a couple of spots. The design on the case is really nice. Sleek and not heavy. Good to have something that’s dust proof. I don’t have to worry about the clay it’s around all the time. It fits the phone well and works with my zagg glass screen cover. The charging port cover is really tight and hard to open sometimes.

It’s advertised as Dust Proof yet within 1 hour the case had dust in it. Also the FRE is the same. I think the quality production has declined since more and more phones have been released. Hope they get their quality back to what it use to be a couple years ago

Nice colors. I have to admit that the case was a little bit tight and I was concerned because I had read that some others had cracked your screen of their iPhone X trying to insert it into the case. I didn’t crack it it’s in I’m happy.

I have been a longtime Lifeproof user and I'm always promoting the brand because who doesn't want to be able to drop their phone constantly or rinse it off in the shower? I knew the NEXT case wasn't waterproof, yet I was sold on it being drop-proof, dust-proof, and at least snow-proof. However, after having the NEXT case less than a week I already have dust/fuzz inside the backside and also around the "crystal" edges. Kind of a bummer...

I never got a life proof case for myself before. I always got them for my husband. I got my first one and I love it! Definitely recommend it. Only downfall is I didn’t get a screen protector but other than that it’s amazing.

Ordered LifeProof Black Crystal for iPhone X pleasant look, but disappointed that there is no screen protection. Case only enclosed around the sides and back. Perhaps my fault when choosing.
