Nice bag but it doesn?t hold near what online video reviews said it would. I?ll use it for fly fishing trips. Well made, just smaller than I?d hoped.

I spent a while looking at different options that would work well for taking my new camera on pretty intense hikes or mountain bike rides. It rivals some of the cheaper backpacking bags that are available for camping but with a lightweight size and easily accessible camera. Great adjustability from the waist straps, sternum strap shoulder straps and the additional straps at the top of the shoulders. This just fits my Nikon D600 with 2 lenses in the camera section of it with plenty of room for additional layers and accessories in the top section.

Just received it an hour ago, but my initial impressions are really good. It's nicely designed and appears to be high quality. I deducted one star because I had to look at the tag to figure out where the camera pocket was. (It's on the side, btw. I might just be dumb.)

I really like this bag. It is light weight, is snug to the body, and can be accessed easy enough when needed.. I have used this hiking and biking, and it performs well. It is designed for a camera, and an extra lens, and has room for rain gear, a snack, and a few small accessories. It is not an overnight backpack. But for a day hike bag, or cycling bag, it covers all the bases well enough.. It also is extremely comfortable on the body, and you really don't even notice it as you go.. It's not all that fast to get at your camera, but then I don't keep it in there once I get where I am going, and on the bike I can keep it wrapped up and in the front basket if I am shooting as I go..

Great size for day hikes. Love that this bag has the separate water bladder holder. Not large enough for overnight trips but this was the size bag I needed.

This is super lightweight and carries all my gear. THe straps are super comfortable nd help distribute the weight really well. All my gear fits well for when I am trekking about. I highly recommend this bag if your gonna go on a hike or a long walk through the city.

I wanted a bag for my camera and drone and finally found it. Fits my 70d with attached lens, additional lens, and drone in the large top pocket perfectly!

I got this pack for a trip to Cancun and Belize. I wanted a smaller lighter, less bulky bag that would carry everything i needed for a day of shooting. I only took my Nikon d5600 with Sigma 17-50 and Nikon 70-300 lens. All fit perfectly in the camera compartment. Inside the bag i was able to fit a packable jacket, first aid kit, tech kit, GoPro kit with selfie stick. Side pocket was perfect for my MeFoto backpack air tripod. Front pouch fit up to 2 water bottles or beach towel. The rain cover came in very useful when tropical rain storms would start. My only cons would be the top pouch zipper kept snagging on the material. I also developed a small rip on the side pocket where my tripod was kept. I think that was from slamming and throwing the bag around during travel. I used the water bladder pocket for storing my Passport and other important documents. All around a great day/travel photo bag.

I love this bag! It has gone with me on miles and miles of trails through all sorts of terrain and weather. The bag has upheld pretty well - I overfilled the outer pocket (with a 9lb tripod) which has lead to some cosmetic damage, but pocket still functions well. I take this bag for my city exploring and this is my "personal item" when flying. The only negative is I wish the camera pocket area was more firmly separated from the rest of the bag. If I pack the bag tight with clothing, then go to put camera back into the compartment it can be so tight that I actually have to remove the clothing, put the camera away and then put the shirt/jacket back into the bag. Overall, this bag has been perfect for me.

I just returned from almost a month in Uganda, using my Photo Sport 200 version I (orange) as a carry on bag, day pack, camera bag, shopping bag, and pillow. I left my big Nikon and Olympus kits at home and carried only a Panny FZ-1000 and an Oly Tough. Both fit with room to spare in the camera pocket when in traveling mode. I also left my drink bladder at home and use that pocket for documents, an iPad, and maps. I carried water in a large flask in the side pocket. That left the main sack and top pocket for rain jacket, small toiletries, headlamp, snacks, Malarone pills, and a dozen other items I wanted close at hand. The pack was often heavily loaded, so I worried a bit about the straps failing, but they held up great. In the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest tracking gorillas, a sudden downpour struck, so without having to unstrap the pack, I pulled the rain cover out and over the pack. I have used the pack on many trips in the US, hiking, fly fishing, car traveling, and it's alway seems just right, because I always carry a couple cameras. I have a half-dozen other daypacks that seldom see much use. Good work, Lowepro. As long as you realize that customers will load this pack up and you design the waistbelt and shoulder straps accordingly, this pack should remain a winner.

Awesome sized bag. All the features I’m looking for except a way to attach my Tripp’s to it. Otherwise 5 stars

I have countless camera backpacks and this is the one, I hope. It seems to be just what I have been looking for. I will mostly upgrade to the 300 just for more room.

I paid a bit more to get the Blue, versus the black. Carring a black bag just adds more heat, which I didn't want. I load this up with my DJI Spark, Nikon D500, lenses, etc., and I'm able to hike without any real discomfort. The bag is well thought out and once you get the straps setup the way you need them, its comfortable and solid on your back.

Please make a third generation to improve on this bag!! I own the first generation and absolutely love it. I've bought it for multiple people. But mine is now so old that the straps are like strings and it cuts into my shoulders making it very painful to wear. I refuse to buy this second generation because I feel it has gone backwards in its improvements. I also refuse to buy a different bag because I believe in this series so much. But my shoulders are getting tired waiting for the III. Issues with AW II: -Removed tripod straps on the bottom of bag. I prefer a water bottle when shooting because the hydration pack takes up too much room inside. Its ridiculous that I must choose between a water bottle and tripod for the "Water Bottle" pouch. -Water bladder pouch is not designed well. Pushes the structural support into your back, and is not sized properly to fit the bladder. -Hot to wear - better ventilation and sturdier structure is needed. Tight mesh vs padding would be preferred. -More customization for the divider in the camera pouch. -Add stretch pouch inside that can secure a 3rd lens. Could be a very thin spandex material that would hug the lens in place. -Sunglasses pouch on shoulder strap -Improvement from 1st gen - better shoulder straps. Can't speak to the quality of the 2nd gen because I never used it for long enough.

It's a lightweight pack with ample storage space. I shoot Fuji mirrorless and there's plenty of space in the camera compartment. The buckles and straps aren't as sturdy as I would like, but they are adequate.

This bag is one I have been looking for for a long time. It keeps my Canon T31/600d, Tamron 16-30mm, and Canon 70-300mm nice and snug, while being easily accessible. It also has room for the 13" laptop and enough other gear to keep me going alll day long. I typically carry, Camera, 2 lenses, travel tripod (59.5"/151cm), 13.4" laptop, 100oz water, rain cover, First aid kit, 3 meals, a couple of small snacks gps, sweater type layer for warmth, extra batteries, map, and a few other small items. It has a little room for more than this if needed. It is well constructed and comfortable to wear all day. I have used it for day-trips in both the city and Appalachian mountains. Camera lenses and tripods and info below for size comparisons. Camera: Canon T3i/600D Body only. Lens: Tamron AFA012N-700 SP 15-30mm f/2.8 Di VC USD Wide-Angle Lens: Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6L IS USM UD Telephoto Zoom Tripod: Mefoto Backpacker Air

Very comfortable. Fits more than you would think. I will use it a lot. I only wish the camera compartment was a bit more spacious but it worked out. I'm glad I got it over the 200. The 200 would have been too small. The compartment on the outside that is a pocket is super roomy too. It held all my layers.

Did you ever think you could fit everything you needed for your camera, PLUS your laptop or iPad, PLUS your essentials, and a jacket, wallet, and sunglasses in one bag? I didn't either. But my daughter does it with her LowePro so I bought one too, in a different color, and we both love them. So many adjustable straps to get just the right fit for me and for my husband. Camera is so well protected. Pockets galore. I think you'll struggle to find a more versatile pack.

I wanted a backpack for traveling and for taking outdoors while climbing. This pack fit the bill. For traveling, I used to bring my sling Lowepro pack and a laptop messenger bag. I needed to consolidate and this backpack was great for that. I am able to fit my Canon 6D with an attached 17-40mm, a 28-135mm, and a 35mm prime in the camera compartment. When I travel, I put my 12.5" Asus Transformer laptop in my water bladder sleeve and it works great. When I climb, I can put a jacket, chalkbag, and some food inside while clipping my climbing shoes outside. I'm starting to take my camera out a lot more now thanks to this bag.

Just what I wanted for day hikes. It has a good amount of room for your DSLR and can accommodate at least one extra lens. There's plenty of room in the top compartment for gear, clothing, food, etc. The option to add a hydration bladder is awesome! I picked up a CamelBak, which fits in the bag's deginated compartment perfectly. Oh, it also has a space on the side of the bag for a small tripod. Overall, I think I picked a winner.

I was looking for something that could carry my DSLR safely if I wanted to trail run for an extended amount of time—something that would keep my gear safe and carry minimal equipment with me when going remote. This bag was the perfect solution. The design is perfect to house just enough gear and other accessories without getting too bulky, heavy, or uncomfortable. I love that I can secure it when I'm running around and need a tight fit.

This bag has awesome support in the waist and shoulders, looks like a backpackers daypack, manages to fit a good amount for its small size, fit my camera body and attached lens as well as a 16-300mm lens in the additional compartment, and the bag even has a separate bladder compartment. Quite satisfied, only wish the bag was just a tiny bit bigger so I could use it as my end-all travel bag for weeklong+trips. It's definitely more of a daypack with a small holding for essentials. I could fit a jacket and probably a change of clothes or maybe two, but that's it. If they made a version with 40-55 L of extra space outside the camera compartment, I would be in heaven and probably never need another bag!

I wanted to love this backpack. It has wonderful features and has the perfect storage and access for my dual mirrorless system. But the straps simply do not fit, and I don't understand why this is a problem because I am a normal-sized woman 5'6" with an athletic build. The straps are too wide-set and practically slide off. Yes, I can use the chest strap, but on women, that's not comfortable or attractive to buckle unless it's needed for stability, plus even buckling the chest strap caused the shoulder straps to bunch up. If only someone would make a pack where the attachment points for the shoulder straps were closer set or adjustable. So, sadly, I had to return.

I have a Canon 7d and a tamron 28-300 lens. It's a snug fit. I wish it was a little bigger so I could have the optional grip on my camera, but overall very happy with this purchase. Plenty of room in the top section for all of my extra things. This pack is very comfortable when walking or biking. I like the small zipper pockets on the waist belt.

I'm an amateur photographer and an amateur hiker. This pack holds everything I need for a dayhike plus photo gear. Its perfect size for me, not sure if a more photo enthusiast will appreciate size. I usually carry a Canon SL1 with kit lens attached. It has enough room to also carry an additional 55-250mm and 10-18mm lens in the padded side accessed compartment. Lunch for 2, light jacket, and hat go in the top, with water in the bladder compartment and a small tripod on side pouch. It may be a little tight with a full sized camera or one with a shoe, but the SL1 fits nicely.

I ordered this bag to replace an older Lowepro. This one wasn't half the bag my previous one was. The buckles and straps are not up to the standard of my old bag. This was also supposed to handle my 5D with a 70-200 lens. It will fit but nothing else will. Very disappointed, I returned this unit and will be using my old bag
