I was introduced to this system with the lens exchange pouch. I was amazed at the quality and usefulness that it had to offer. When I found out that there was one for the flash, I immediately purchased one! I leave my camera bag home when shooting events. All I carry is a lens exchange, the utility bag and the flash case. They can all connect to your belt or you can connect them to your camera strap. It's very convenient and gives me piece of mind knowing that my gear is protected. I haven't found any cons just yet. There is even a spot for a second set of batteries.

I'll make this review quick. I picked this up with a few other S&F bags. This does what it says, and pretty well. My only gripe is that even for my 430 EX II Canon flash, it's a little tight in the compartment. Pulling the flash in and out is tricky at times with the base of the flash where the controls are making it a snug fit. I use my flash bounce diffuser (Stoffen) at the bottom of the pocket to give the flash some depth so it comes out easier. I am not sure if the bag needs to be stretched out a bit, but it's pretty cramped. I can fit 4 batteries as well into the pack, and that's a bonus. There was this weird Velcro pouch at the top which lets me put in another small accessory however, it's not very convenient, and doesn't offer much room. Overall though, combined with other S&F gear, this does the trick for letting be carry a flash with me.
