Questions & Answers

Shopper : Nikon D600 attached to a Nikon 70-200mm 2.8. Will these two items fit comfortably in the AW 75?LEO DELA C : I own a gripped Canon 7D along with a Canon 70-200mm 2.8 lens and this combination (grip included) fits fine in the Lowepro Toploader Pro AW 75. I believe the Nikon combination you have is very close in dimension to my Canon gear.EDISON J : I've only used this bag for my Canon 7D w/28-135mm lens attached and it's a snug fit.DENNIS G : The bag is a quality item, but I doubt it will accommodate a Nikon D 600 and a Nikon 70-200mm lens. I purchased it for a Nikon D 300 and a Nikon 70-200mm lens and was not happy, and returned the bag. I have three Lowepro 200 AW shoulder bags, and am very happy with them.CHRIS L : Yes, I have a D300 and a 70-200 and it fits just fine. I wish it were a couple inches longer so that it would also fit a 2X converter.GRANT M : I don't have a D600 but rather a D300 with a 70-200 lense and it fits nicely.STAN Y : I have both the D600 and D7000, These are virtually the same size bodies. I purchased this Holster bag specifically to carry one of these bodies with the Nikon 70-200 2.8 mounted and it fits perfectly. Great case for this combination!TERRI W : I have used the Lowepro Toploader AW 75 SLR with a Canon 1D Mark IV with a Canon 28-300 or Canon 100-400 attached, so I would think that your Nikon D600 with the Nikon 70-200 2.8 should fit nicely.DAVE M : I have both a Canon 6D and 7D body with battery grips attached to both. Ideally the top load AW 75 Holster Bag accommodates each of those items with Canon's 70-200mm F2.8 comfortably. On occasion, I also mount Canon's 300mm F4 on the bodies and it also fits................but is a bit more snug due to a slight increase in length, but it still easily snaps shut. Hope this helps! Its a good fit and works well.ROBERT W : Yes. They'll fit. Snug, but nice. Feels secure. I'm using it with a similar set-up. Nikon D800 and Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8.DAVID J : I don't know anything about Nikon Gear. I shoot with Canon. A Canon 50D with a Canon 70-200mm fits, if Nikon is similiar size it should fit.MICHAEL D : It will hold my D700 + 80-200mm and battery pack, so I think it should work. It's Snug though, but fits.
Shopper : What is the length of the bag?ROBERT N : 12 inches deep great for my NIKON D4KISHIN G : 12 inchesEVAN R : It is just barely able to hold a Nikon D4 with a 70-200 lens attached--but it does it.GEORGE L : I measured 11 inches on the interior. That's the depth. It will easily carry a full frame camera body with a 70 to 200 lens on it or a full frame camera body with the 70 to 300 F4 to 56. it's a great case.
Shopper : Is there room for a flash to be stored somewhere in the bag?JERRY R : Yes lift the inside flapLI L : The side pocket is plenty big for my Nikon SB600 flash. Maybe a little tight for SB900. But you can always loop a side pocket for flash.THOMAS P : Yes! I use a Nikon SB900 flash and it fits in the front zipper pocket with some room around it. Depending on the size of your camera, lens and flash it will also fit inside alongside the lens.JOSEPH D : The outside pocket can hold a flash. I use SB800 and it fits (tightly).ED V : No there is not room for a flash in the bag. The camera and lens (medium zoom) take up most of the room in the bag. There is only room for loose items like batteries or SD cards. If you want a bag that will hold a flash as well as the camera, you need a larger bag.DENNIS S : oops! wrong bag, I had to order a different LoPro bag for all to fit.DENNIS S : Yes, lot's of room. I have a D7000 body w/18-105 lens + bat charger & cords + 70-300 lens and moor. All fit comfortably.SHARON N : Yes. An average flash will fit in the side zip pocket.DAVID J : No, there is no room for a flash inside the bag, however you could put the flash in an accesory bag and attach to the toploader.JAMES Y : Only if the flash is very small. The pouch on the outside is too small, but a very small flash might be stored below the camera if the camera has a short lens.STEPHEN B : If you have a short lens on your camera, possibly. I had a Canon T1i in the bag with a 10-22 lens and there was room in the bottom for some accessories. I just tried it with the same camera and a Canon 430EX flash in the bottom and there's plenty of room.CHRISTOPHER B : Probably. Depends on the size of the flash & the lens on the camera. The outer pocket might work or the bottom of the bag if your mounted lens is not too long. You can also attach other pouches to the bag. I have several ways to carry my gear & this is all around the best.MARK W : yes i have a speedlite 580ex in the side pocketJOSEPH G : Depends on the size of your camera and lens. My wife can get hers in, but the fit is tight. The bag is much deeper than it is wide and with all the padding there is not much space. Honestly, she does not care for the bag as much as I hoped she would.Clint A H : Yes. My Canon 580EX2 fits perfectly in the front pocket. My 600EX-RT is a bit snug, but still fits. Given the size of these two flashes, I'm confident that most flashes would fit.

Great day bag!

This is great when you don't want to take a large bag. I'm the type that uses every available space to tuck something into a bag, the bigger the more I pack and before you know it the bag is to heavy. This is just right. I can carry my Canon 7D with battery pack and 100-40 attached. In the outer storage areas I have extra cards, charger, and could probably carry flash but haven't tried that yet. One other thing nice is when wearing cross-body, you can adjust strap so you can use bag to prop arm and steady your shots. I would have given this 5 stars but I really wish the top opened away from the body and had straps on both sides to attach lens cases and such. Still a great product...

Great bag

A must if you use a big lens and a battery pack. Lots of other nooks and crannies to put stuff.

Excellent case

I'm loving this case. It's well built and does exactly what I need it to do. I use it to carry a Nikon D7000 with a Sigma 150-500mm telephoto attached. It's a tight fit, but it works. After a day or so the fabric stretches enough that it fits snug, but closing the zipper is no longer a problem. Love the extra pockets. It's a winner! The way the lid is cut is awesome. Enables me to open it, grab my outfit and go without having to dig for it!

Redesigned to fit

My standard setup is a Nikon D4 with 70-200mm lens mounted. Prior versions of this Lowepro bag were too short and I forced the equipment in resulting in short life on the zipper. It's now a comfortable fit and the extra compartments were moved around but still accommodate all of the gear I had in the old bag. It is well constructed and I should get good life from this one.

Used with a Sony SAL40700g and Sony a77

Often it is hard to 'guess' what will fit in what and in what combination. I needed something more than the OEM storage pouch for my SAL40700g and also wanted a pouch to transport this lens while attached to the Sony a77. Well guess what! With this camera body attached to the SAL70400g it is a perfect fit (I did remove one layer of padding at the very bottom but there is still plenty of padding there). The other pockets on the outside of this pouch/bag are great for your batteries and cards.

Love this bag!

My husband gave me this bag as a gift. He has one also, and we both use them on a regular basis. I use this bag for my Canon 40D & Canon 100-400 lens. It holds extra battery & CF cards. Ready to go whenever I am.

Big bag protects your camera

Great Bag! Exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a camera bag I could use to carry my camera and a lens, including a long telephoto and maybe a small prime with me when I was carrying a backpack without having the camera just loose in with the other items. Or when I just wanted my camera and didn't want to carry another camera bag. This works really well. Lots of room for telephoto lens (NIKON 70-300 VR) Waiting on the battery grip for the D7000 to see if that still works, but based on other people's reviews I suspect it will.

Lowepro Toploader Pro AW 75 SLR

Lowepro is known for their outstanding equipment, especially their bags, and they did it again with this one. This is the large of the toploaders and it's very large, but just large enough for a Canon 7D with a 70-200 2.8 crammed on the front. The shoulder harness is very well built and has steel hooks, not that plastic ones you see so much know a days. There is also a harness that goes around your waist. Plenty of pockets and loops to attach other items, plus a insert that allow you to adjust the depth of the bag. The bag is also very well insulated to protect you equipment. This bag is made to handle the big boys!

Fantastic Bag

I use this bag to carry a Nikon D200 with the MD200 battery pack and a 80-200mm ƒ2.8 lens attached. The bag has extra compartments for a notebook, pen, two extra CF cards, and a bit more. It is of the quality expected from Lowepro and well worth the price.

Beyond expectation at 30% saving

This product provides excellent protection for my Nixon D700 and grip with 80-200mm, F2.8 lens attached; or my conventional 28-70mm, F2.8 lens attached. It also contains my Nikon SB900 Flash unit and my off-the-camera TTL cord. there is a large pocket on top for memory cards, lens cleaning cloth and misc items. What a great surprise. And the price was $ less than local shops are asking. Thanks Adorama! (You may edit)

This is what I've been looking for!

I have a great pack for my camera gear, but it's always on my back. If I see something I want to shoot while I'm hiking, I have to stop, take off the pack and dig for my camera. If it's wildlife, you're usually too late. With this, it's right where I need it and already has my zoom lens on it. Perfect!

Great bag!

About 75 percent of my shooting is wildlife, so i really like to keep my 80-400mm on the camera almost all the time. But i also enjoy landscapes. This bag is perfect for my needs. My 10-20mm easily attaches to the side. My SB600 flash fits perfectly in the front pocket, and there is still enough room for extras such as batteries, memory cards, filters, etc. I now use this as my primary bag, and my Lowepro Trekker AW backpack (also a great bag) for travel and storage of other less used lenses. You may want to switch shoulders from time to time on longer treks... other than that it's a great bag all around!

Great case!

Great case! Does exactly what I was looking for! Keep my EOS 40D and, usually, the EF F4.0 70-200 USM tele on the body. Have my other lens in a Lowepro 1W lens case attached to the side! Highly recommended.

The Lowepro Toploader Pro AW 75 is constructed for incredibly fast access. It starts with a contoured, asymmetrical shape that follows the lines of a camera to provide a snug, protective fit. It goes from there to help the photographer in every possible way. It is designed to be the ideal bag for a very specific photographer - one who's in the action.
