I like the Transit Series of bags although I would prefer for them to have more loops to add S&F extras on. The 250 is rather small for carrying much more than the minium amount but perfect for making sure you have a DSLR handy at all times. I used it mainly for my old D-80 just so that I have a camera ready even when I am not planning on anything special.

ok nothing is perfect but this is real close to It so here is some issue you might encounter pr wondering about it if you use a battery grip with a APC DSLR it will fit in the bag but it will be difficult to remove from the side picket so u have to open up the whole bag In order to get it out by the way I use a D7000 if you wont to have fast access to your camera and bag zip up remove it and store it in the top part of the bag. I use a nexus 7 tablet it will fit in the back of the bag easy and you can also use this pocket to store maps or personal items to. on the side of the bag you can carry tripods or monopods easy or you can attach a bottle holder easy to that place to in the top of the bag there is a zipper pocket that you can keep keys or other items also in this area there is a mesh pocket that you can put filters or batteries there now on front of the bag there is a small pocket that u can put your cell phone in or small items. now inside the bag there is area to store extra camera gear now I have use these items listed ... a d7000 with a 18-300mm lens attached no issue or a 16-85mm lens attached no issue or 17-50mm f/2.8 lens or 70-300mm lens attached to my camera with no issue also in my bag I have sb700 flash store next to my camera along with a 50mm f/1.8 lens so you can carry a lot if you wont to a go light . If you can not tell I just love this bag it fits me perfect and it makes it so easy to move around public transit or in a crowd. I almost forgot it does have strap that comes around your body to hold the bag close to your body so it wont flop around or slide off just another great feature of this bag

This bag is perfect for what I was wanting. It fits my D610 with 70-200mm 2.8 attached, my lightsphere, SB-700 (in padded case), and Black Rapid camera strap. The protective weather cover fits in it's own compartment at the bottom. It goes on very easily, and stores easily. The strap is well padded and feels comfortable. The bag is nicely padded and comes with many padded dividers. Very well constructed, looks like it will last.

This is a great small bag for the digital photographer who has too much gear for his pockets, but not enough that a big heavy bag is necessary. I can easily fit two NEX bodies and a few lenses and some little stuff in this bag with no problem. Just perfect for me.

The bag description states that there is a pocket to accommodate a 10" tablet. BEWARE - there is no tolerance for any kind of cover you may be using on your iPad. The tablet will only fit in the opening with no cover protection of any kind. Too small even for a grab and go case.
