I'm a traveling photographer and need to move a single DSLR and two lenses 50-135mm & 17-50mm, plus Speedlight, back and forth between shooting area and hotel. I keep chargers and extra bodies in my room and wanted this transport bag to keep the load light for bare minimum equipment. Specifically, I wanted to leave the long lens attached to the DSLR. My old backpack with internal padded compartment is actually just a bit more spacious - allowing me to fit extra portable drives and cables along with the camera and lenses. So, I miss that bit of space. However, the UPS250 does hold: D7100 with battery grip installed with 50-135mm attached, 17-150mm lens in lower compartment, SB800, and charger. I can fit a card reader, cables, and single portable drive in the front and side compartments. So, this bag will carry most of what I need to the job site. The padding is very good and holds the body with lens attached securely. The tablet compartment should hold a 7-8" tablet without a problem. However, the battery grip on my D7100 does take up most of that room. I'm going to try slipping a Nexus 7 in the tablet slot and see if the bag will still zip up. My biggest complaint is the zipper system on the main compartment. My old backpack has a much more robust and large toothed zipper. This one works, but is not a speed zipper. It takes two hands to get the zipper to go around the curve on the front of the bag when closing. I had hoped this operation would be much smoother. The rain flap is of questionable use. Mainly, it gets in the way, and only protects the front opening. The top opening is closed with just the zipper. A combo velcro / clasp top opening would have been much better for fast access to gear. All in all a good bag for the money. I think it should work as a fast gear runner.

Took me a while to choose this "sling" bag after reviewing a number. While I feel that it can handle the load expected, I did not find it that easy to get the equipment out when needed to take the shot. To transport its good, but not so much for pulling out the camera and shooting. I'm going to keep the bag due to the good purchase price (I believe it is a discontinued model), but not sure how much I'll use it.

I use my bag to carry a Canon EOS 700D with the EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM kit Lens, and EW-63C Lens Hood attached. It also hold an EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS STM Lens with ET-63 hood, Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM Lens, RS-60E3 remote shutter switch. I can also fit a Canon Speedlite 420EX Flash, albeit a bit snugly, but securely. It actually surprised me how much this bag can hold. I got the bag on sale, and had low expectations (to avoid disappointment), but I am rather delighted with it after using it for the past two months.

Even ad said DSLR with no grip, it fits 7D with grip mounted 17-55 2.8, 70-200 II, and room for one 50 1.4. It is very comfortable wearing for a few hours. The best feature of this bag is the ease of changing lenses, better than my Slingshot 302. Since I am using the grip, zippers needed to pull down further to get the camera out, it does take an extra effort when closing. I still use the Slingshot 302 the most and this one when travel lighter. Manprotto bumble bee became another storage staying in the house 99% of the time.

I was looking for a small bag for quick trips that would fit my Canon 5D Mark III with 24-105mm lens and room for the Canon 70-200 f2.8 L II. This is just what I needed. The side straps stay clipped and the top can be unzipped if all I need to do is grab my camera out without worrying about other equipment falling out. I can configure the internal padding to accommodate the body with either the 24-107 attached or the 70-200 attached depending on need. With these two lenses I still have a small compartment for fresh batteries, a cable release, memory cards or other small items. I still have my big Lowepro for when I want to carry everything but this works great for those times when you are walking around and don't need much with you.

I bought it specifically because I wanted a bag I could access easily with my 70 - 200 attached. This does the trick. I am using that lens more now that I don't have to attach it every time. I used to use a back pack style but couldn't access it w/o taking it off. Not convenient in the field. Not to mention the price! Compared to some others this was a steal.

This is a good sling bag for DSLR with typical kit lens and a couple of small and mid size lenses. My new Tamron 15-30mm is just a bit big for this bag. However, it is hard to zip at times perhaps I am still trying to get use to the sling bag.

This is the example of a very useful urban bag for digital cameras with attached 70 to 200 lenses and spare lenses for daily carry on activities. Price is unbeatable very very happy!!!!!!! Thank you Adorama

I bought this to carry minimum stuff. It is a little bigger than I expected, but organizes well. Very light weight.

A good size for short hikes or when you don't need to carry much gear. Construction appears to be quite good. As others have said, the Achille's heel to this bag is the poorly designed zippers. They are very hard to get around the top corners. Hopefully they will loosen up over time, assuming I use the bag enough to find out.

Use this product so I do not have to carry a large back pack when I am on a short hike or street shooting, Pack is great except for one minor annoyance. The strap is too wide and tends to rub high on my neck and I have to wear a collared shirt in order to keep it from rubbing my neck raw. Otherwise a real good pack for the money.

Was supposed to be my walk around bag, but the zippers are impossible to close without using booth hands. And when you have your camera in one hand you cant close it.

I received a Adorama Slinger bag when I bought a tripod last year and I used it for sometime. I found it to be small and not very flexible in terms of configuring the insides. But I guess I should have expected it. I was looking for a newer bag that I could carry my tablet along with several lenses, speedlight and or a another body that was flexible and comfortable to wear. This bag hit the mark on every point for me. I have used it several times already and I could not be happier. I can configure the bag for the shoot that I am on and it is comfortable to carry for a long period of tine, and it was priced right at the time. I could not be happier!

I have only had this bag about a week, but used it this weekend. Wore it for 6 hours and found it very comfortable. It held a 7D, 75-300, 17-40 lens along with battery grip, two filters and small first aid kit. Plenty of room, comfortable and keeps the camera very handy.

I like the bag and it fits my need. I photograph dog comp. events and I use 2-3 different lenses and one of the lens is a 70-200 f2.8 Canon with a Canon 5d II body with a grip and extra memory cards. It all fits. A bit tight. The problem is the zippers don't flow well at the curves.

I use this item when shooting football and hockey game. Camera plus 70-200mm lens and also a 17-50mm. Easy to carry your gear around. The only problem is that the zippers aren't that easy to zip when you open the bag all the way. That is the only draw to date for me.

The Lowepro Urban Sling 250 is just the right size for walking the streets and having my Nikon D7100 with zoom lens attached easily accessible. There is room for an additional lens and filters and extra accessories. The front zippered compartment is small but well organized. I only wish that the waist belt was a bit wider and able to ride my waist for taking more weight. All in all, this is nice pack for wandering around an entire day.

I have been looking for a bag like this for a long time. It's perfect for a day trip or for senior photo sessions and such. I carry my D7000 (w/batteyry pack) and 70-200 f2.8 lense as well as my 17-55 f2.8. SB700 flash, monopod, business cards, flashlight, memory cards, small bottle of cleaning solution and lense cloth. Oh and my Kindle Fire too!!!

This bag has simplified my daily carry of my camera, I can easily carry my Canon 6d, with battery grip, 70-20, 24-70, 15mm fisheye and my Film SLR with me at all times. I even hooked one of my 600EX with its pouch to the strap and I now have everything i need for a general everyday bag! Its made well and I've been using for a month solid without any complaints! the only small annoyance is the get the everything you have to completely unzip the bag. but for the lightweight compact nature of this bag, its a tradeoff that is a no brainer!

I use this for when I don't need my whole inventory of equipment. It comfortably holds my 5DM2 body, two lenses and a speedlight, and has room for other accessories as well. It's well padded and comfortable to wear.

The small size of this bag but it's ability to hold multiple lenses makes it a winner!

This bag is just what i was looking for. Great construction/material and price was just right. I like that it holds an extra lens and flash. The added bonus is that it doesn't look like a camera bag.

The Urban Photo Sling series features a profile lending itself to three comfortable and secure wearing options: at the front, back or to the side. The design was specially constructed to make it easy to shift positions while on the move.
Thoughtful storage details are featured throughout the design. A dedicated, padded compartment provides protective space for an iPad or other tablet-style computer. A zippered front accessory pocket offers easy access to personal items. And side pockets provide grab-and-go access to a lens cap, filter, metro ticket or other small items.
Two loading options add to the versatility of the sling. A photographer can load it from the top for easy access or with the front panel fully open for maximum organization. The interior features a padded and adjustable divider system for custom organization of gear.
Additional features include: an interior keeper strap to safeguard lenses and accessories; a tuckaway waistbelt for stability, comfort and security; a contoured, mesh-covered top flap that serves as a moisture barrier; plus a built-in pocket to keep spare memory within easy reach.
The Urban Photo Sling 250 fits up to a Pro DSLR without grip, with an attached 70-200mm lens; 2 extra lenses or a flash and 1 lens; a tablet; the side pocket fits a water bottle or small tripod; accessories and personal items.
