Some improvement is needed....IMO

Technical writers must be 5 years old and have English as a second language....horribly written, instructions don't match actual screen applications, missing mouse click commands (i.e. dbl click for preset initialization, manual does not indicate this).Some functionality is not available yet it appears on the menus (i.e. talk, listen, etc.). This manual needs to be updated for these cameras as well as for my NVR (4K+) Cameras are good video quality and the NVR seems to be adequate.

PTZ is great

I really like these cameras for all my exterior needs. Just set several preset positions so that you're not messing with it trying to get it where you would like it. The ability to move this camera around is very nice and the quality is impressive too.

PTZ cam review

Solid camera that's easy to install and easy to use. It must have an outside light source of some kind to work at night. A small amount of light works; but, more light works better.

The camera has bad quality

The camera has bad quality at specialy at night. One morning the camera wouldn't change from night vision I had to unplug the camera from a box to reset the camera. I am very disappointed that it's not what was showing in the video from lorex. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Nice outdoor PTZ camera

Fast and easy plug and play with a Fusion NVR. Great low profile form factor and solidly built. I direct mounted under my roof eaves, not using the wall mount. I have plenty of ambient light so these cameras do fine overnight for my needs. I would love to see this camera in full 4K resolution, more optical zoom and with white and colored deterrence LEDs similar to the newer Fusion PoE bullet cameras.

Can't recall preset PTZ settings

Images are clear and camera is good quality. My only complaint is with the Lorex Home phone app. There is no way to recall the preset PTZ settings from the app. Please add this feature to the app!
