Works great
Being battery powered can put these almost anywhere. Battery seems to last a long time. Haven't had to recharge one yet but only have had them a couple weeks and use them indoors so not a whole lot of activity. Great for checking in on the kitties.

New Lorex user
So far I am liking these cameras. The battery seems to be pretty good, though it varies with motion etc.. The only problem I had was that one of the cameras wouldn't sync with the hub. I tried 4x before it was able to pair.

They are good for what

Exceeds Expectations

Evaluation
My system now consists of 8 outdoor cameras. They all are doing what I expected them to do. I am disappointed that I cannot add a second extender to the system. A real annoyance is in the app. When an alert comes to the phone it always starts with "Lorex Smart Home Secuity" before getting to which camera is alerting. Since a phone screen is much smaller than the base station I cannot tell which camera it is. I cannot find a way to edit this.

Good camera
Good camera but range can't be expanded for large houses. My WiFi easily reaches anywhere near my house but one camera does not work because it's not close enough to the base. Bought an extender but support said these can't be expanded.

Night time operations
Won't record any movement at night. It's being used externally and I can't figure out how to get it to record movement at night. I can walk right up to it once it's dark and get nothing. Otherwise it's great.

2K Wire-free system is excellent improvement
The cameras are great. Using the Home app is way better than the Lorex app that I used for years with the U222 camera and recorder system - reliable, responsive, easier to use.

Nice cameras
All the cameras work great. The only thing not so great is the night vision. The spotlight doesn't light up the area of vision to make out who a person is.
