All lorex audio cameras pick up sound fantastic and I can hear a empty coke can being thrown out from 400 feet away from the road.

I purchased this system for the Two-Way Talk feature, but it seems you have to choose whether to listen or to speak, you cannot do both at the same time, making communication impossible.

This product is not 100% 1080 P because it is not clear the image is fuzzy If you?re looking for Claire imaging and details this is not the Product for you If you don?t mind of the image Then this product is great because it is small and If you don?t mind of the image then this product is great because it is small and simple

I wanted a camera that was budget friendly, had audio, and night vision on top of the usual camera features. I love this camera because it has what I was looking for and budget friendly. The wide lens is a plus! It is easy to mount and comes with everything you need to add it to your DVR. It is perfect to watch my daughter while I am at work and I could talk to her through the camera.

I have added 1 dome at first to my system as having audio is a must for extra protection. The wide angle and amazing picture day and night is worth me buying 2 more. Wil at Lorex is a great person who helped me to get the best out of my cameras and systems, he is very knowledgeable and respectful as it made my life much easier, thank you Wil and Lorex. 👍

The video of this camera is great but I have not yet tried the audio, It was not sent with an audio cable. It seems that even though you repeat ably specify you want this camera for the audio capability when purchased it there isn't feed back saying you have to order an audio cable separately, I thought the sales person would mention this to the consumer.

Purchased from Costco and ordered additional cables and cameras. Set up was easy and the night vision is great. The clarity on a desktop is remarkable. The problem arrises when you want to go further than a basic set up, like how do you review past clips or setting up continuous or movement only surveillance. Trying to get in touch with tech support is a time consuming ordeal (at least 2 hours). The level of expertise was low and I think they had to review a manual themselves. I had an attempted break in and I needed to review and save clips for the police. Another 2 hours to figure that out. The next time I had an attempted break in of which I had a camera pointed in exactly that spot but for some reason the system had shut off and nothing was being saved. There was no indication on my screen to indicate that it was no longer saving video clips. There's no way to know if the recording feature has turned off or not. Another 2 hours. There is no manual supplied which is about 170 pages which you can download and print off. It would have been cheaper for them to include a manual in the box than have me tie up their support staff. I was never directed to the manual download location in all but the last of my tech support calls.

Initially the product seemed and company seemed great. Shipped very fast for free, product appears of high quality and packaged well with easy instructions. HOWEVER the audio feature for my product does not work properly. It will record audio but there is a lot of static when playing back that makes the feature useless. We have troubleshooted all possible scenarios for any interference, including running just one camera with cables provided in an open area where nothing outside of their faulty equipment could cause the interference. Unfortunately their technical support is non existent. We have been working with them for over a week and have had ONE conversation with them. Was told would receive a call back the following day, we did not receive the call back. Called there technical support hotline and spent 4+ hours on hold without talking to a single person....The only people you can get in contact with this company is sales and all they will do is direct you to the number to be put on what seems to be an endless hold. I would suggest staying far away from this company for fear of ever having any technical related problems!

Man, this looks good on the outside, but not very good on the inside. Some work, some don't! Some have just a constant noise and you cant hear anything and the angle is pretty bad for viewing. i dont know what camera and recording studio they used for the so called test camera on you tube, but it sure wasn't this one...would never buy, and customer service, is a joke!! 3 hours for tech support and they dont even answer!!

I bought this as an add-on for 2 dvrs, hd 1080p, I needed an audio solution to my business as I need to monitor audio actions. These were defective, tried with two different dvrs, they have a noise, a pretty bad one, which doesnt allow me to hear properly.
Customer service has been a nightmare!!!! I have an approval for replacement from May 9th, it's 31st and still no answer nor reply regarding the shipment of the new one.
Image quality is great but wouldnt recommend this product nor the company, you should expect different service when you are buying an expensive product. Go for a different brand.

I swapped out one bullet camera from my LVH2000 series system and added this one... the 90 FOV is perfect to cover an important area and the night vision range performs great in total darkness in my application.

There are very few low priced IR cameras with audio and high resolution today. I found this one to be good. Night vision is excellent. And so is the 80 degree vision. So if you are looking to upgrade, this Lorex is highly recommended.

I GOT THE SYSTEM OPEN THE BOX AND WAS INTIMIDATED WITH ALL THE CAMERAS AND WIRES THEN I RAN THE FIRST CAMERA JUST PLUGGED IT IN AND BINGO!!!! ITS SO EASY TO INSTALL BECAUSE FOUR OF THE CAMERAS ARE DVI CABLES THEREFORE DO NOT NEED TO HOOK UP SEPERATE POWER SUPPLY JUST PLUG RIGHT IN TO THE MONITOR. ALSO IT HAS SOUND SO YOU CAN HEAR ON ONE OF THE CAMERAS. THE INTERNET HOOK UP WAS THE HARDES THING TO DO. ONCE I COMPLETED EVRYTHING VIEWING FROM MY HOUSE OR ANY COMPUTER WAS A BREEZE.
