Great Camera, terrible customer service and support
Camera is great, Lorex support has fallen to substandard. I called to find out if I could get a replacement remote control for my DV700 and support responded in broken english it was discontinued, then I received an email, also in chinese ?!? The equpment is outstanding, but if you are expecting ongoing support for what you pay them for, you will not receive it.
The Perfect PTZ
This camera is AWESOME!!! The only thing that would make it better is if it came with a joystick ???. Aside from that, it's perfect. The video quality is great out of the box, needs no adjustment and the color night vision is amazing. I will be ordering another for the rear of our property.

All of the pan, tilt, and zoom features can be used during a tour. You can also create a simple "pattern" movement that will automatically cycle the camera's viewpoint between two presets. These automated tour and pattern settings can be found in the DVR's PTZ settings menu. You can even program your DVR to change the tour / pattern based on the time of day within these settings.

Easy security camera installation
This PTZ security camera can be easily added to your compatible analog (MPX) security system. It belongs to our line of MPX security cameras that use siamese BNC coaxial cables. This cable is actually two cables in one (video and power), which means that you can plug the camera into an outlet near to the DVR, rather than having to find one close to the camera itself. PTZ camera movements are also accomplished through the BNC cable, so no extra cables are required.
