Loses connection all the time. Bought an extender hub that would never connect to system. Battery life is poor.

I can't link it to
I can't link it to my HUB Model # H871T6-Z I have had this for years and no problem. On 10/31/25 the hub stopped working. I have tried everything.

requires a hub which was not clear in the advertisement. Return process however was easy and I was able to purchase indoor cameras from Lorex that did not require an additional hub.

Had to return it. Lorex was GREAT, HELPFUL in getting this item returned. Reason for return is the camera needs a "HUB", whatever that is, for it to function. I needed a camera/ doorbell??? that operates without electricity for my front apartment door, and that operates with the Lorex App. Still looking . . . .

I rely on my current
I rely on my current Lorex system, however, this purchase was returned as I could not get it to sync with the current system. I believe it was a used or refurbished item that did not have a QR code to sync it. I even tried manually inserting the ID # but to no avail. I will say the return process was very efficient.

Not a bad camera for the money. The range is pretty lousy, so it won't work for anything more than 40 ft

There's no QR code on the device you have to type in the device ID manually and it would not link to my phone or dvr it will be returned

If you were put on to life support as reliable as your software, you would be dead in less than an hour. The cameras are great, the interface and controls are so shamefully bad that you should be flogged in the public square for what you have created.

Excellent with solar panels to charge.
Purchased 3 of these with the solar panels. No need to charge up, work flawlessly. Would recommend to anyone, especially if camera(s) is distant from power source. Been 3 months now.
