I recently added this 2k pan-tilt wifi camera to my other Lorex set of cameras. Like all there products they are easy to install and work great. I really like that the camera can pan-tilt to track a subject. And I appreciate that it is 2k, not 1080p. It is a very nice product and the price is competitive.

Audio makes lot of crackling and noise which is not in the environment.

Ok video very poor audio capabilities

The camera was very easy to set up. The position of the camera has been more difficult. Have not learned how to use the Lorex app. Alerts are working. I will need more time to see if the app is me. Hope to add 2 or 3 more cameras in near future. I have an analog system at another location which has been very reliable.

Quality product

Good product. Connected to the internet using cell phone to configure. Installed two Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi Security Camera (16GB) at two different locations. One camera ended up with a green hue at some point. We were able to unplug the camera and when the camera came back online the hue was gone. 
 Mobile app enables us to monitor both locations. Would be a great product if it also had a means to monitor the cameras from a desktop computer.

2K Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi Security Camera (16GB)

I rated it good because I don't like that you have to keep pressing the arrow button to look around. The user should be able to just hold down the direction button and camera should continuously move.

Good camera but could be better

Setting up and using the camera was simple and worked the first time. Though using the microphone through the app sounds terrible on the app side but fine on the camera side.

They work well. Easy setup.

These cameras could be great but they are (for now) good. They randomly go offline for reasons unknown and to no fault of our wifi or power. They are easy to set-up and the images are better quality than our last set of cameras which are now obsolete and unsupported by Samsung.

Easy to set-up

It's a ok camera but it doesn't alway pan or tilt when it needs to.

Ok but not great

The camera was easy to set up and works well. The only issues I have are that the electrical cord is to short to reach plugs that aren't in close proximity to the camera and secondly, the cameras ability to point down is limited when setting on it's base. This is more of an issue if you set it on a shelf that is fairly high.

I am very pleased with the quality of the camera and it fits perfectly where I need it.

Easy to use and excellant quality

Video quality is great. I like how it integrated with my system on my app easily. It tracks motion and then reverts back to the last position you had it in once the motion stops.

Better than anticipated

First the good: I really like the clarity of the images, very sharp and clear. Even in lower light settings the camera functions well. I also found the setup of the camera fairly intuitive. 
What was eh: It sounds kind of odd, but the camera seems to "prefer" wired networks over wireless. I got the camera setup and placed it in the desired location. There seemed to be plenty of signal strength, ( I have a booster within 25') but after 20 mins. or so, the camera lost signal. I checked the signal strength with the other devices in the area, and it appeared functional.
While I tried a few times to troubleshoot the issue, it kept prompting me to connect to a wired network. The camera is sold as a wi-fi camera, it shouldn't "prefer" a wired network. 
I'm guess I'm going to return the camera and find something better.

So far, so good.

Easy install, easy wifi connection to fusion DVR. Had to turn motion sensitivity way down because it was notifying me of a person when light and shadows moved across the garage. Still senses real movement fine though.

Excellent. Connected to my wifi with no issues. No problems with remote viewing whrn im not home. They seem to be good cameras for not being to expensive. I have the two that i bought from yous and two more that i bought on Amazon about 6 months ago. All work fine and please keep offering these pan and tilt cameras because you guys did a great job with them. Thanks again

Terrible connectivity. Bought two of these for monitoring puppies indoors. We were not regularly using these but every time we tried to load anything via live feed or stored feed, these cameras would lock up and stop working. I splurged for the extra storage SD card which was a waste of money with how poorly these cameras work. I have 1 gig up and down speed internet so the issue is on the Lorex hardware end of this camera system. Should have returned these under 30 days if I knew how poorly these cameras were going to function.

Terrible performance

This is the perfect solution, to accompany our burglar alarm system. We received the call the alarm is going off. check the camera's all is well drove to the location and reset the alarm. RN CT

Camera is advertised as Pan tilt but does not scan or pan automatically - it can not be set to execute a tour or scan. The commands are in the GUI but they are not supported. The response time on the app to manually pan is very laggy. Night vision is grey scale only. Don't recommend.
