These look fantastic on camera with or without a strobe. It takes a little while to get the?fold the taco? technique you need to get them back in the bag. Make sure you also get the manfrotto magnetic top holder too. It?s so simple to jus take a single stand, put the holder on top and secure it with a simple magnet to the frame of these. Great for on location or in studio.

Definitely higher quality than the cheaper options. I do wish it was less expensive, but I?d say it?s worth it. And no potato-chip warping like you see in many pop-up backdrops.

Fantastic portable background. I use it for both portrait and product photography. Having the ability to transport such a quality background in such a small package has lightened my kit substantially while still allowing me to have a beautiful background. We used this background for some food photography recently. It makes a perfect backdrop as a neutral color behind our subjects. We’re also planning on using it as a portrait background.One of the things we truly appreciate about this and other Lastolite Collapsible Balkgrounds is that they don’t wrinkle. We purchased some other brands and they’re essentially unusable because of all the wrinkles in the material. Never had that problem with Lastolite.
