Necessary for the manfrotto collapsible background.  A bit expensive, but makes your work easier as it uses magnets to attach the background.

This is a must have if you shoot headshots on location!  This was a game changer for me.  I shoot on location headshots and this allows my setup time to be faster and my footprint smaller.  Excellent product and one of my smartest purchases.

Used one of my light stands with this thing on top and good to go. Able to move it around within the room easily (was used on location at clients home) and with lastolites numerous backgrounds that can be used with this, it is the perfect setup.
