Perfect for on-location headshots

It's gray, it's black, it's quite portable.  Perfect size for headshots.  With a little practice, it's easy to collapse.  My only wish is that it would hold itself a little flatter.  Hung on my background stand, it always has a bit of a twist to it.

Quick and portable.

Great product, you can tell it's high quality. My only regret is I didn't purchase this and the Lastolite Magnetic Background Support Rod years ago.

Great set up

Superb background. Great size - big enough when deployed and manageable when collapsed. Well constructed and sure to get plenty of use.

Perfect Background

The carrying case strap tore off quickly, but the backdrop itself is quite good and feels sturdy - you can sometimes see the weave of the fabric in your photo if the background isn't out of focus (especially if it's lit or backlit), but it's not obtrusive and easy to fix in Photoshop. Not always easy to pack up, but with practice it's not too hard either. Overall, a high-quality item, and easier to manage (for my purposes, anyway) than a roll of seamless paper and a backdrop stand.

Worth it

Quality is fantastic, better than expected. Im working online now and having many video conferencing meetings. This background was just what I needed to make my place look highly professional. Depending on what I am wearing I can use the gray or black side of the background.

This is the best collapsible background that I own.. nice grey and black.. it is a bit transparent though, but when using strobes it does not seem to matter... My biggest complaint is the size, its not what it says in the specifications.. it is not 5x6 more like 4x5.25

Great background

This is great for when you have to take the studio with you.  I recently had to shoot on location in a small place and this background gray/black is perfect.  It's super light and portable.  Keep it in my car!

Great Background

Now this makes four Lastolite Collapsible Backgrounds for me and I am totally satisfied. Construction and QC is top-notch. The fabrics are good quality and the colors are accurate. I would recommend to a friend.
