This high-quality flashhead is equipped with a robust 1000 watt-second flash tube, color corrected to 5500'K, ensuring accurate and consistent lighting for your shoots.
The 2140-C Flashhead offers versatility with its 3-way switching feature, allowing you to operate at full power or adjust the power and modeling light down by one stop (-1) or two stops (-2). Please note, the flashhead cannot be turned completely off, ensuring continuous operation for your convenience.
This durable flashhead comes with a 100-watt tungsten modeling lamp and a generous 25' cord, providing ample reach for various shooting setups. The included mounting bracket with knobs not only secures the bracket to a light stand but also allows for the attachment of an umbrella, enhancing your lighting options.
The bracket's universal adapter base is designed to mount to a standard 5/8'' stud. With the optional accessory 4041 adaptor, it can also mount to a smaller 3/8'' tube/stud, demonstrating the product's adaptability.
Please be aware, when using this flashhead in the stop-down mode, it should not be the only head plugged into a powerpack. Another flashhead should be plugged into the same pack and set to operate at full power to prevent damage to the 2140-C.
