Fits standard light stand with no issue. Would give 5 stars but most connectors are polymer so I don't know how well it will hold up over the long haul. I needed this larger size for my largest reflectors. Works as advertised and will buy another when needed. My large or small reflectors are held securely and positions okay for me. My main uses for the arm are as a holder for side reflector and bottom part of clam shell lighting with a speedlight.

after unboxing the item i already noticed the item is sort of used. has scratch marks and doesnt look new at all. i immediately assemble the bracket with the 5 in 1 reflector. I was very disappointed after watching the video and trying everything in every way to lock in the bracket to its holes. the holes that are figure of "8" was too big for the bracket. i have an engagement shoot this coming weekend and i need the extra hand for the reflector. NO! will not recommend to a friend at all

The reflector brackett functions perfectly. The telescoping arm accommodates diffusing or reflecting screens larger than 22". I do recommend a strudy stand with sandbags if operating outside. Functions great as an indoor aid as well.

This is an extremely handy little device, especially for one who is working without an assistant. My only complaint is that there were no instructions included and for someone like me, who is not especially good at putting things together, it took some head scratching. The included bracket, while very durable, includes several sizes, I suppose, to accomodate different size rods, & it took some time to figure out the correct combination.

I needed a reflector bracket for occasional use and did not need to spend a lot of money.

Useful accessory when additional light is needed. Can hold any size reflector. Product is easy to use and appears to be well made. Will attach to any 5/8" light stand. Swivels for virtually any position. Packs small enough for a traveling bag.

Obvious use for macro shooters. For those in landscape photography (not vistas) , this will add needed light onto a foreground object (rock, bush...) that needs some attention paid to it. Could work on a child or pet sitting in front of a busier background with or without shallow DOF. Buy only on sale. Bring your pocket needle-nose pliers with you.

The holder is a little too heavy with a large reflector to balance on a light stand. I really need 1 or 2 sandbags to stabilize it. It is inexpensive and functional so its a good buy.

This is a good reflector holder, does just what I need for a variety of reflector sizes. It's all plastic, not super strong but in studio or interview situations, it works great. The price was amazing! Well worth the money.

I don't know why some had a problem with this reflector bracket holding a reflector. I've used with both a 42" and 22" collapsible reflectors as well as large foam board without any problem as long as the clips are aligned it will hold these things very well. I think a big asset to table top photography. My only gripe was getting the knuckle to fit right. I fiddled with for at least 20 minutes before it would fit. Other than that I like it very much, it's really 4.5 stars.

Had to drill out the 5/8" mount hole- it was too tight. It's a reasonably good solution and a great price. Not sure how it will fair traveling- it doesn't appear to be very durable. Might get trashed banging around in tube case with other stands.

The bracket attaching the bar to the light stand is poorly thought out and comes with no directions. It can be made to work but it took more than one try and I am still not totaly sure it is correct. Overall it does work and the price was good. I got what I paid for and it functions.

I bought his to use mainly in studio. The actual support holds reflector well, however when I went to tighten the grip head to the stand the brass bushing just popped out. The grip head is plastic. The part that screws to tighten to the light stand is metal and has a brass bushing which gives it a little metal to tighten up on instead of plastic which would just strip. However when I went to tighten down on it the bushing just fell out. Not very durable.

I have several mobile studio setups that I use depending on light requirements and outside light source. I especially like to use Modifiers to assist my shots when I use my speed light setup. When I don't have an extra pair of hands to hold my medium to small size reflectors, I use this light weight arm in conjuction with a light stand. Adorama portable reflector holder works perfect, alowing me to modify the light from the flashes and availabe light sources to get great shots.

Highly portable and lightweight - which can be a liability in the wind. Works well indoors but a bit iffy outdoors in more than a light breeze. Light construction also merits more careful handling, but this is still a very useful accessory and a good value.

Due to medical problems, I put this in a storage area when received and have not used it until a couple of weeks ago. It was then that I discovered a broken part. I can't honestly tell you whether it was or was not broken when received, but I would like to know if I can purchase a replacement part for this item.

This device is very useful but is no substitute for c-stands and assorted attachments. It is lightly built and can also be blown around in moderate winds. It can also be difficult to make fine adjustments. Having said that, I use this quite a bit for shooting video and its portability makes it a handy tool. I use it mostly for holding reflectors or bounce cards and also to hold flags.

Fell Apart Before I Could Put It Together. Clips Broke And The Screw Joint To Tighten To Stop The Poll From Extending Was Broken.

For the price, it does the job: holds a reflector where you want it, and it has enough adjustability to get it most anywhere you want it. On the down side, the mechanics of it are very crude, and it can be very awkward to make changes to the position.

The design is great. You can adjust the length of the arm so that your light stand doesn't tip over without having to use a sand bag or counter weight. I mean who really want to be carrying more weight around. All the regular equipment is enough! Kudos there! HOWEVER, using the design is a bit cumbersome. Not a fast piece of equipment to use(if what you are looking for is quickness). The WORSE part is that the one of the tightening handles broke of on the very first use. Thank God, there are two sides to the mechanism and I was able to use it. So 1/2 Kudos the double design , but what LOW quality on the handles. Be GINGER with them. I felt like I was going to snap them off when I tightened them, and did.

This is not the sort of product that lends itself to lots of bells and whistles, but it does do what it's meant to do, which to my mind is enough.

Hold the reflector securely and does not take long to set up (just think out side the box) can adjust the reflector to keep it blanced.

The Portable Reflector Bracket allows you to mount the Adorama Portable reflectors and any other similar reflectors onto a light stand. It is adjustable to hold Reflectors from 22" to 58" and can be rotated and swiveled for precise positioning.
Instructions for using the Portable Reflector Bracket
Loosen one of the tightening knobs until the two wheels separate. Pull apart one of the wheels so you can insert the telescoping rod through one of the smaller figure "8" holes. After inserting the rod, tighten the knob so the teeth of the two wheels come together again
Mount onto a light stand
Note: The wheels may be locked at any angle and positioned as desired
The two spring loaded clips hold the reflector in place. The rod between the clips may be adjusted to accommodate different size reflectors from 22" to 58".
