Expensive, but great quality and fit

I have a soft box with similar grid, and it's a royal pain to attach. This thing is super easy to get on, has a very nice build, and is deep enough, even deeper than the other kind I have, for good control. Must have in tight spaces, and I expect I'll get what I paid for in the long haul.

Review of 40 deg Grid

Though pricey the grid works like it should for controlling light spill especially indoors. Easy on/off. I find it easiest to vertically 'hang' the grid on the mounted Rapid Box. I have used it with my speedlite and strobe and when light loss isn't an issue, have beautiful results with both diffusion panels, the beauty dish and the grid. This setup is about 2 1/2 to 3 stops down.
