Small, light weighty but the color is more like 6000K but more like 3800K would be more useful and would not need buying their cage and filters to get that.

No doubt that it's a powerful, very handy light. The 6000k temp is meh at times so I carry a long strip of 1/4 CTO and a rubber band so I can warm it up when needed.

If you're looking to pack a big punch in a small package, Lume Cubes are it. Just used them for the first time to light a favorite waterfall of mine for some night photography experimenting. They stayed lit at full power longer than I planned to be out shooting. Highly recommend these lights!

Great little units and impressive light output despite the colour temperature being a bit cool. BUT the problem is they are marketed as being waterproof to a depth of 100' and as such suitable for scuba diving, WRONG!! Up until about 30' they seem to function ok, but go beyond that and the buttons succumb to the external pressure and are pushed in which renders the units useless! A very serious design flaw in my opinion. If however you happen to have the lights on before descending beyond 30' they seem to work as I can only assume the heat generated internally expands the air inside and compensates some what for the external pressure, but the trade off then is you have to keep them on the whole time you're deeper than 30' so as affecting useable life of the battery if on a long dive. To date I've only tried them to a depth of approx 50-60' so can't verify anything beyond this but wouldn't hold out much hope in all honesty.

Headline says it all... Super Bright and easy to use. Take it out of the box and charge it for a half day shoot. Can stay on continuously and small footprint. I can keep a few in my bag and throw two in my pocket.

Fantastic for its size. Will use on cell phone, video camera, and in place of flash on DSLR when I travel. Replaces much larger LED arrays. Get 3 and you have a portable self contained photo or movie studio. Haven't tried blue tooth app. but reviews of app utility not that great.

Light color is not consistent. It is quite visible when projected on a white wall. Vendors photo app is required for proper integration. App is not polished and does not meet my expectation. I do not want to install another photo app on my iPhone when the Apple one is as good as it gets. In the end it is just a small flashlight. Get it if size matters for you.

The lume cubes are versatile lights with a wide range of intensities. The controlling app is great to operate the lights remotely and to extend the battery time. Looking forward to using these in the field.

This is a great item. I was looking for something small that would allow me to add some light to a shaded area. This did the trick. It is small enough I can take it anywhere. It is best used as additional light during daylight hours. It doesn't have enough power to use at night.

It's an outstanding piece of kit, I use it with my Speedlites in soft boxes as a modeling light to prep the shot. I also use it on a monopod to manipulate shadows until I find which position works best for me, I would have never been able to do that with a regular torch. My workflow has improved because of the versatility of this unit. To be able to control over Bluetooth is nice and it's form factor helps make it compatible with GoPro accessories to use in place of the action cam. I've only scratched the surface of what this unit is capable of.

I have yet to put the Lume Cube thru all of its paces, but I have used it in place of much larger LED lights and it can go much brighter. I am amazed by how much light this can put out. It is so small and convenient, I carry it in my small GoPro bag everywhere I go. I could not do that with my other LED lights. And take about well built...feels like I could stand on it with no effect....I highly recommend.

Convenient size for macro photography especially to get focus when using flash. Manual controls are simple and work well. Bit on the slippery side so could use some rubberized coating on its base - I use a rubber furniture pad. Gets very hot when used continuously even at half power but will shut itself off or flash. Battery life a little on the short side due to the internal (non swapable) battery. However, it appears you can leave it plugged into a USB power source even when using it but there is no mention in the instruction sheet whether this mode will damage the unit so user beware.
