I own over 15 of these and have been using them for over a year.  I am using them to convert from computer HDMI outputs to SDI for use in our control rooms to bring in remote signals for use in both live and recorded TV and corporate productions.  What makes them work so well is that they simply show up as a additional monitor and audio source if you are using a Mac. so easy to route to out of computer.

I like how straight forward they are, the simplicity of the dip switches for fast easy setups is great.  The screen on the front is also a nice confidence monitor which also shows you incoming signal type along with converted signal type.  Plus the audio meters further help confirm signal status at a quick glance. 

I often use the headphone out to confirm audio routing out of the computer as well.

Several of the units I own have been running 24/7 throughout the pandemic.
