It features a ten oz. magnet and a 1" copper voice coil driving a polypropylene cone with a half-roll rubber surround, ensuring long cone travel and excellent edge damping. The post-mounted, liquid-cooled tweeter is a 1" dia. balanced drive dome with a first-order highpass filter, providing a frequency response of 70Hz-20kHz (+6dB) and 50Hz-20kHz (+8.8dB) with a crossover at 5kHz.The 8W transformer, with primary taps at 8, 4, 2, 1 watt, offers a frequency response of 50Hz-15kHz (+1dB).
