Over the years, the LER-1822-LRD 18U 22" Depth Enclosed Stand Alone Floor Rack has proven to be a reliable and robust solution for housing and protecting your valuable electronics. This stand-alone floor rack, devoid of a rear door, is designed with a depth of 22 inches and features two adjustable rails for enhanced customization.

Constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, this 18U floor rack boasts a 16-gauge frame and a 14-gauge base, both reinforced at all load-bearing junctions. This robust construction offers strength equivalent to 11-gauge steel, ensuring your equipment is securely housed.

The rack is finished with a black wrinkle powder epoxy, providing a sleek and professional appearance. The design includes beveled edge corners at both the front and rear, adding to its aesthetic appeal.

For efficient heat dissipation, the rack features upper and lower vents at the front. The frame nutserts are prepared to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, which can swing either to the left or right. Please note that the front door is to be ordered separately.

The rack's rear includes removable knockout panels in the frame above and below the door. These panels feature combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2"). A removable blank project panel is also included in the frame below the door.

The standard model comes with a recessed door, equipped with vents and a key lock. The door can swing either to the left or right. If you prefer a model without a rear door, simply add the "LRD" suffix to the model number.

The rack's sides are welded and include vents at the top and bottom. The bottom is open access and includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud in the corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts.

The top of the rack is closed and comes with two vents. For effective cable management, the rack features combination knockouts at the rear. The rack rails are fully adjustable, made from 11-gauge steel, and are 10-32 threaded on E.I.A. spacing with bi-directional numbered RU increments.
