Constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, this rack boasts a 16-gauge frame and a 14-gauge base, with reinforcement at all load-bearing junctions to ensure robust support and unparalleled durability, rivaling the strength of 11-gauge steel.Finished with a sleek black wrinkle powder epoxy, the rack's aesthetic is as professional as its build, featuring beveled edge corners on both the front and rear for a refined appearance. The front of the rack is thoughtfully designed with upper and lower vents to facilitate airflow, maintaining optimal operating conditions for your valuable equipment.The frame is prepped with nutserts, allowing for the addition of an optional surface-mount door that can swing either left or right, tailored to your preference (front door sold separately). The rear of the rack includes removable knockout panels above and below the door, with combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2"), enhancing its versatility. A removable blank project panel is also featured below the door for additional customization.The standard model comes equipped with a recessed door that includes vents and a key lock, which can be configured to swing to the left or right, ensuring secure storage. For those who prefer an open design, the rear door can be omitted by adding the "LRD" suffix to the model number.The sides of the rack are welded and include vents at the top and bottom, promoting consistent air circulation. The open access bottom is thoughtfully designed with a 10-32 threaded grounding stud, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts, providing stability and safety.
