Constructed from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, this 24U x 22"D standalone floor rack boasts a 16-gauge frame and a 14-gauge base, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions. This robust construction provides strength equivalent to 11-gauge steel, ensuring the rack can withstand heavy loads and offer long-lasting durability.

The rack is finished with a black wrinkle powder epoxy, adding an extra layer of protection and a sleek, professional aesthetic. The design includes beveled edge corners at the front and rear for added safety, while the front features upper and lower vents for optimal airflow.

The rack's frame is equipped with nutserts, ready to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, which can be ordered separately and installed to swing left or right. The rear includes removable knockout panels above and below the door area, with combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2").

The standard model includes a recessed door with vents and a key lock, but the rear door can be omitted by adding the "LRD" suffix to the model number. The welded side panels feature vents at the top and bottom, and the open-access bottom includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud in the corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts.

The steel top of the rack includes two vents, and the rack rails are fully adjustable, made from 11-gauge steel with 10-32 threaded rails on E.I.A. spacing. The rails are bi-directional and numbered with RU increments, allowing for easy installation and organization of your equipment.

The rack comes with black pilot point screws with captive washers for quick installation, and it is EIA/TIA compliant, RoHS compliant, and UL 2416 listed in the U.S.A. and Canada.
