24U x 27"D stand-alone floor rack with adjustable rails is fully welded 16-gauge steel with 14-gauge base, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions. Fully welded certified U.S. steel, 16-gauge frame with 14-ga. bottom reinforced at load-bearing junctions for robust support, strength equivalent to 11-ga. steel. Black wrinkle powder epoxy finish. Beveled edge corners front and rear.

Front
Upper and lower vents. Frame nutserts are ready to add optional surface-mount door (left or right swing). Order front door separately.

Rear
Removable knockout panels in frame above and below door with combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2"). Removable blank project panel in frame below door. Standard model includes recessed door with vents and key lock (left or right swing). Rear door can be omitted by placing "LRD" (less rear door) suffix in model no.

Sides (welded)
Welded side panels with vents at top and bottom.

Bottom (open access)
Includes 10-32 threaded grounding stud in corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for (optional) leg levelers and holes for anchor bolts (by others). Opening is 22.88"D x 19.94"W.

Closed Top (with vents)
Steel top with two vents.

Cable Management
Combination knockouts in rear.

Rack Rails - 24U (fully adjustable)
One pair of 11-ga. steel 10-32 threaded rails on E.I.A. spacing with bi-directional numbered RU increments (rails mount in either direction). Black finish. Clearance from front rail to outside frame (1.75"), from front rail to optional surface-mount door (2.5").

Black pilot point screws with captive washers for quick installation.
