Crafted from fully welded, certified U.S. steel, this rack boasts a 16-gauge frame and a 14-gauge base, ensuring a durable and sturdy structure capable of supporting significant loads. Its robust design is further reinforced at all load-bearing junctions, providing strength equivalent to 11-gauge steel for reliable performance.The sleek black wrinkle powder epoxy finish not only adds to the high-quality appearance but also enhances durability. The design features beveled edge corners on both the front and rear, adding a touch of sophistication while preventing accidental snags or scratches.Ventilation is thoughtfully integrated with upper and lower vents on the front frame, as well as welded side panels with additional vents at the top and bottom, ensuring your equipment stays cool even under heavy operation. The frame is equipped with nutserts, allowing for the easy addition of an optional surface-mount door that can swing either left or right, which you can order separately to meet your specific needs.At the rear, the rack includes removable knockout panels above and below the door, with combination EKOs for conduit (ranging from 1/2" to 1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2"), providing versatile cable management options. A removable blank project panel is also present in the frame below the door for additional customization.The standard model features a recessed door with vents and a key lock for secure access, with the option to omit the rear door by specifying "LRD" in the model number. The open access bottom includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts, facilitating easy installation and stable placement.The configurable top section of the rack has a 10U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on standard 19" E.I.A. spacing, accompanied by two black closure panels (3U and 7U) that can be replaced with optional 19" panels for additional functionality. The 6"D rear conduit plane offers even more cable management possibilities with combination EKOs, KOs, and space for a 4" dia. conduit.Inside, the rack rails are fully adjustable, featuring two pairs of 11-gauge steel 10-32 threaded rails with bi-directional numbered RU increments, allowing for versatile equipment mounting.
