This standalone floor rack, measuring 24U x 32"D, is a testament to robust construction, being fully welded from certified U.S. 16-gauge steel, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions with a 14-gauge base. This strength is equivalent to 11-gauge steel, ensuring maximum support and longevity.

The rack is finished in a black wrinkle powder epoxy, adding a sleek aesthetic to its sturdy build. It features beveled edge corners at the front and rear, enhancing its professional look. The front of the unit is designed with upper and lower vents, promoting optimal airflow to keep your equipment cool.

The frame nutserts are prepped and ready for the addition of an optional surface-mount door, which can swing either left or right. The rear of the unit is equipped with removable knockout panels above and below the door, featuring combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2").

The rack includes a removable blank project panel below the door and a standard model recessed door with vents and a key lock. The rear door can be omitted by adding the "LRD" suffix to the model number. The welded side panels feature vents at the top and bottom, and the bottom of the unit includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud in the corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts.

The rack provides ample cable management options with combination knockouts in the top and rear. The configurable top with closure panels features a 10U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing. It includes two black closure panels (3U, 7U) that can be replaced with optional 19" panels for customization.

The rack rails are fully adjustable, made from 11-gauge steel with bi-directional numbered RU increments, and finished in black. The unit comes with black pilot point screws with captive washers for quick installation. This product is EIA/TIA compliant, RoHS compliant, and UL 2416 Listed in the U.S.A. and Canada, ensuring it meets the highest industry standards.
