After careful design and construction, the LER-3527 35U 27" Depth Enclosed Stand Alone Floor Rack emerges as a sturdy and reliable solution for your electronic equipment storage needs. This robust floor rack, crafted from fully welded, certified U.S. 16-gauge steel and reinforced with a 14-gauge base at all load-bearing junctions, offers the strength equivalent to 11-gauge steel. The product features a sleek black wrinkle powder epoxy finish, adding a touch of sophistication to its durable frame. Its design includes beveled edge corners at the front and rear, enhancing its aesthetic appeal while maintaining functionality. The front of the rack boasts upper and lower vents, promoting airflow and preventing overheating of your valuable equipment.The LER-3527 floor rack is designed with convenience in mind, featuring frame nutserts ready to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, which can be ordered separately. The rear of the rack includes removable knockout panels above and below the door, with combination EKOs for conduit (1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2") and KOs for wireless antennae (1/2"). The standard model comes with a recessed door, complete with vents and a key lock for added security. The door can swing left or right, depending on your preference. If a rear door is not required, simply add the "LRD" suffix to the model number when ordering.The rack's sides are welded and feature vents at the top and bottom for optimal ventilation. The bottom of the rack includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud in the corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts. For efficient cable management, the rack includes combination knockouts at the top and rear. The top of the rack features a 7U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing, and includes two black closure panels (3U, 4U) that can be replaced with optional 19" panels. The LER-3527 35U 27" Depth Enclosed Stand Alone Floor Rack is EIA/TIA compliant, RoHS compliant, and UL 2416 listed in the U.S.A. and Canada, making it a high-quality, reliable choice for your electronic equipment storage needs.
